At that point, Ethan did not know what to do. He looked at Ava, who was trembling in fear, with her hands soaked in blood.

Ethan stood up and looked around.

“Get up and go clean yourself and clean this place. I will take him to the hospital.

“He is dead, Ethan. The police are going to arrest me. I can't go to jail. I can't go to jail,” Ava said softly, sobbing.

Ethan was breathing hard as a lot of thoughts raced through his mind.

"I will take him to the hospital, and I will take care of the rest. Just clean up the place and erase all traces of blood in this house. I will be back.” Ethan said. He quickly carried the body from the floor.

“No, Ethan. I already called 911. I told them to send an ambulance,” Ava responded

Ethan locked halfway. His face turned pale. He slowly dropped the dead body

“What! You….” Before Ethan could finish his sentence; the wails of the siren of the ambulance were heard from a distance, approaching them as fast as possible

Everybody waited for him to speak and to give their order on what next they were supposed to do. After about two minutes of waiting silently for the judge to speak, he finally looked up at the audience and spoke. He began by heaving a heavy sigh and picking up his gavel. “Ladies and gentlemen, this has been an intense one. A lot of the evidence has been submitted and this cause needs to critically look at it. However, we do not have a lot of time on our side so we will proceed with the remaining witnesses and see what you can achieve within the remaining time you have.
