CHAPTER NINETY-FOUR The four guards who were a few meters away from Alex looked at him with uncertainty, none of them was sure of what to do. “Come on! Go get him!” The old man who was enjoying the show urged the bodyguards, not because he wanted them to beat Alex, but because he knew they were no match for him. “Could you just be quiet for once?” “I am sorry darling, this is really interesting to watch.” His wife scoffed, and then she rolled her eyes again at him and took two steps to her right, away from him. Alex looked at the four men in front of him, and then he started to walk towards them gradually, but with each step he took, they took further steps backward.“You can see that your men are weaklings, they can’t even stand up to one man,” Tiara said to Francis with a smirk on her face. “Be quiet Tiara! Be quiet!” “Or what? Are you gonna hit me again? Or maybe ask one of your men to help you?” Francis growled at Tiara, but she seemed not to be bothered by his annoyance

CHAPTER NINETY-THREE Alex let go of him almost immediately, and he sprawled on the floor. Instantly, Alex grabbed the last guard who was holding onto him by the collar and looked deep into his eyes with a frightening gaze, causing him to widen his eyes as sudden shivery entered his body. “What is it? You look scared.” Alex asked the bodyguard with a deep tone, but that only made him more nervous as he let go of Alex’s hand and tried to move away, but the grip was very tight and he couldn’t get away from it. Desperately, the bodyguard attempted to kick Alex with his right foot, but Alex also kicked him, and when their legs came in contact with each other, the bodyguard whimpered and groaned in severe pain. “Ash! My leg!” The pain he felt from the kick caused him to bend his body as he attempted to touch his right knee which was in serious pain, but the moment he bent, Alex gave him a heavy uppercut, causing him to land backward with his back to the ground. “Is that all you’ve go

CHAPTER NINETY-TWO “Don’t just stand there and look at him, kick his ass,” Francis ordered the second guard who was amazed at how fast Alex avoided the punch from his colleague. “Francis, don’t do this I beg you. Let him go.” “Don’t worry Tiara, they would just rough-handle him a bit, at least that would teach him some manners.” Francis smiled mischievously and waited for the bodyguards to carry out his order. The second bodyguard slowly walked up to Alex and positioned himself to attack, watching Alex carefully to see if he was going to make any movement. “What are you waiting for? Huh? Come on.” Alex said in a low tone to the bodyguard, which made him furious; he rushed at Alex with full force, roaring. “Ou!” That was the sound that came out of his mouth when Alex grabbed his two hands and kicked his stomach with his right knee, and then he hurled him to the ground. CHAPTER NINETY-ONE A few seconds later, Alex closed his eyes, and while he remained awake, his body was still. “Tiara? Come on, we need to talk.” “Like I said Francis, whatever you have to say, say it here. I won’t step out of this car.” Francis sighed, and then he looked at Tiara and frowned at her firm resolution. His anger soon began to take over him, and no matter how hard he tried to pretend, he definitely wasn’t going to hide it for a long time. “Your father wouldn’t be happy about this Tiara, this would really annoy him.” Tiara was a bit startled by the words that the man standing close to her said, she knew what those words meant, but she chose not to react in a way that was going to show that she was afraid of her father. “My father doesn’t make decisions for me Francis, I am not a baby.” Tiara managed to say after a few seconds of getting a grip of herself. “You know what this means right? I am sure you won’t be able to live with the consequences of your decisions.”

CHAPTER NINETY Tiara was silent, she refused to look at the man standing close to her for a second time, he seemed to be sparking some reactions in her body. “Tiara, what is going on? Who is he?” Alex said in a very low tone but Tiara only turned to look at him for a few seconds without saying anything. “Go on Tiara, tell him who I am.” The man said again with a smirk on his face, causing Tiara to turn her gaze to him. “Do I need to tell him myself, Tiara?” “That’s enough Francis! What are you doing here?” Tiara retorted sharply, trying to keep a steady composure. She looked at the man with a stern face. “Oh, that’s him?” Alex said with a little whisper the moment he realized that the strange man was Tiara’s Fiancé. He turned to look at him closely before he returned his eyes to the windshield of the car. “I see you haven’t lost your voice, I was bothered you couldn’t speak anymore Tiara,” Francis said, but Tiara refused to react to his peskiness. “You still haven’t answered m

CHAPTER EIGHTY-NINE “Can they really do that.” Alex asked almost immediately with her eyebrows raised in deep curiosity. “My father can be desperate when he wants to be, and Francis…Francis would definitely be able to make that happen. He has a lot of connections all over the world.” “I see.” Alex said with a little smirk but Tiara was a little bit offended that he was reacting trivially to the matter at hand. “I am serious Alex.” “I know Tiara, I know.” “Then why are you acting as though you don’t understand the level of seriousness that this issue carries?” “Are you trying to make fun of me Alex?” “Oh please, how can you even say that Tiara?” Tiara was silent after Alex spoke. She didn’t know what she was going to believe as the reaction she got from him was unexpected. He seemed unperturbed. “Come on Tiara, let’s get out of here.” Taking a look at Alex for a few seconds, then she sighed and turned her gaze to the black purse resting on the table. “What are you doing?”
