Southeast Province Prison
Adam Sanders stood in front of the prison clad in the last outfit he had worn to his former home. His back to the prison walls as he faced the outside world.
'Freedom at last' he sighed to himself as he embraced the feel of the sun and natural breeze on his skin. He hadn't felt that in a few years. The feeling was too good to be true, the feel of the breeze was like morning to his night.
Looking up to the sky with pitiful eyes, Adam found tears streaming down his chin, unable to imagine that he had been released before his release date. No one knew he was coming back yet, and he preferred it that way.
Three years ago, he had been wrongly incarcerated and thrown into prison after Williams B**e had him framed and imprisoned.
"In your next life and world, you'd know not to drag with me. I'll see to your end and I'll finish you. Let me see how long it'll take you to get out. You'll rot in there all your miserable life"
Those were the exact words Williams had whispered to him as he was being carted away. Adam had made a decision to never forget those words, choosing to rather meditate on them and make them his driving force to getting out.
Adam strolled down the street, looking to hail a cab that would take him home. The place he hadn't seen in years, he looked forward to seeing his family. The last time he had seen his daughter, she was barely one. His parents alongside his siblings would have greatly missed him.
The one person he needed to see most of all was his beautiful wife, Louisa, he had missed her terribly. Although he had heard certain rumours back in prison, he needed to see her to clear the air.
He could hear a taxi driving down and waved to stop it. Just as the taxi slowed down beside him
"Falls street," he said to the driver as he slid in
"Alright," the driver replied hesitantly. Although the outward look of his passenger made him feel uneasy, the man in question carried a commanding air around him.
Seeing as they had just left the prison area, the driver wondered if his passenger was an ex-convict or one who had escaped prison. He didn't seem like a warden, the driver wondered if the man had money to pay his fare.
To test out his theory, he turned his head slightly to the back, "Sir your fare is $20"
A grunt was all the reply he got, it worried him, yet he decided to keep a straight face.
In the back seat, Adam smiled to himself, the driver's fare was the least of his worries. Even if he didn't have any cash on him at the moment, he'd make sure the driver got paid for his ride. Leaning his head back on the headrest, he found himself reminiscing on the day he was convicted of a crime he knew nothing of, nor ever committed.
"Adam Sanders is hereby sentenced to ten years in prison for the possession of hard drugs, and the rape of Miss Jancita Andrews." the court had gone into an uproar at the judge's declaration. Adam had found himself zoning the noise out, as he clamped his head in his trembling hands. He'd be going in for a crime he knew nothing about.
"Hey baby, don't worry too much. I'm going to do everything possible to fight and get you out. I promise, please don't give up yet, at least for our baby's sake" Louisa had managed to walk up to him, she whispered into his ears as she tried embracing him.
Tears blinding his vision, Adam turned to embrace his wife, just as his arms grasped hers, his mother-in-law yanked her daughter away from his embrace
"Let's go, Louisa! You are better off than with this criminal" Cecil Martins glared at him, her eyes filled with hatred and disdain, as she dragged a resigned-looking Louisa away.
Louisa gulped and whispered to Adam as her mother dragged her away
"I'll see you soon. I promise" Her voice was a whisper, but Adam heard it all the same.
Louisa had visited a few times after he had been imprisoned but stopped after succumbing to her mother's influence, he had constantly sent words to her but all had gone without a response.
Seated currently in the car, Adam realised he had no phone on him to reach out to his contact, he didn't want his daughter to see him dressed so shabbily after such a long time. He found himself wishing he had taken the phone the prison warden had offered on his way out.
Without hesitation, he moved forward and tapped the driver on his shoulders
"Hey man, mind if I borrow your phone for a bit?"
"Huh… I d-on't g-e-t you" the driver stammered out in fear.
"I'd like to use your phone to make a call, not to worry I'll make sure you're compensated" Adam replied, he couldn't help but smile to himself. He was guessing the driver was terrified of him. He had made sure to work out in the prison gym, even the prison wardens had been scared to get close to him with his new physique, but at the end of the day, Adam was just a harmless guy who just wanted to live in freedom.
From the backseat, Adam watched the driver as he nervously fumbled with his trouser pockets, his hands visibly shaken. Adam couldn't help but chuckle loudly.
He wondered if his physique would cause fear in the people who had put him behind bars, putting his life on hold.
Reluctantly, the driver relinquished his phone with a mumble. Adam chose to ignore, as he took the phone and dialled a number, On the second ring the person on the other end picked up the call.
"Hello?"
"It's me" Adam responded
"Young Master?"

Chapter 1. (A glimpse into The Unrefined Jason Lee)
September 29th 2009, “W-here's where's m-my Angel?” As Jason opened his eyes, he looked around, dazed. The eyes felt too heavy to be opened, but he refused to close them. As his eyes rested on the strange man, he blinked rapidly, "W-who are y-you?” he questioned while staring intently at the man, "For now, that's not important. You'll get to know me in time, but right now, we need to leave this shack! Your life is in danger!” The strange man muttered, his eyes darting between the shack and the door. Hearing the urgency in the man's voice, chills crept down Jason's frail body, and he gulped, returning his gaze to the man, he blinked once more, "W-what do you m-mean? I'm safe here, nobody will ever think to f-find me in a shack” The strange man scoffed, and shook his head, “Boy, if only you knew”, was his curt response, and as Jason watched him, he struggled to sit up against the bare and flat mattress that lay on the floor. The more Jason stared around his surroundings

CHAPTER FOUR HUNDRED & ONE
Adam was back in the basement, and he walked straight to the den of the old man, with Raul trailing behind him. He walked into the den and met the Old Man and Sage Robinson already sitting and waiting for him. They had heard the news and were waiting to congratulate him. “The man of the moment,” Dreymond called out from the corner where he was seated and Adam turned to see him and Amber seated together. Adam had not seen Amber since the other day at the coast brother’s basement and he was glad that she was recuperating. Old man Thompson stood up and walked towards Adam as they both approached each other. The old man saw the passion in his eyes and stopped. He tapped him on the shoulder and nodded his head, and everyone in the room had to do the same. That was the brotherhood way of celebration, “Weldon Adam,” The old man said and patted him on both sides of his shoulder. He was in prison with Adam, and he knew how he had fought for this moment, and he was very proud to be part of
CHAPTER FOUR HUNDRED
After Adam had dropped her off, Leila walked into their home with sweaty palms, occasionally biting at her lips,She tried to keep her cool and not let her nerves get the best of her. She had already told Joan that she would be back just in time for their dad's arrival, and now, she had probably missed that. She walked into the living room gently, trying to be as silent as possible, hoping not to bump into either Joan or her father she tried to sneak in but she faltered in her steps with popping eyes to discover both of them in the sitting room discussing,“Leila.” Her dad called out gently as she walked in, with her gaze lowered and her fingers crossed at her back,“Come here, princess.” Her father said, spreading out his arms to receive her in for a hug. “I am sorry I was not here to welcome you, papa.” She whispered tearfully as she hugged her father tightly,“I know I have disappointed you; please forgive me, papa.” She said as she continued to let it rain with her tears.“I am
CHAPTER THREE HUNDRED & NINETY-NINE
Seeing the expression on Mira's face, her mother quickly ran towards her and immediately grabbed the phone out of her hand, glancing at Adam before glancing at the phone, and as she did, her hands began shaking and her eyes popped out, also gasping like her daughter, “W-what. Un-unbelievable, Im-po-ssible” she kept stuttering and looking dazedly at Adam, Mira gaped at her empty hand, and back at Adam, her mouth agape. She swallowed and looked at him, “Fifty million euros, Adam?" As soon as she revealed the amount, everyone around gasped and turned their gaze at Adam, whose cheeks were turning slightly red; he nodded subtly at Mira while Leila stood staring at him unabashedly, grinning from ear to ear. Still smiling a little, Adam informed a still-stunned Mira, “One of my men will reach out to you, I'd like for you to head one of my companies. You were instrumental in my daughter's well-being as well as meeting a great woman" he cast a glance at Leila and she blushed. Madam Ruth

Every other person watched as she laughed, Mira on the other hand gaped at Adam, unable to string any words together,A part of her was certain the reveal was true as there was something about Adam that was quite different and he didn't seem like a pauper the way her mother had made him out to be.Leila's eyes darted at Adam, and she tried holding their gaze to confirm it, but Adam wasn't looking at her; his face was almost blank, sans the little smirk she caught on his face. She found herself wondering if whatever he had to reveal was in line with what had just been revealed.Madam Ruth once again cut short her laughter and spluttered, glancing at the manager as she spoke in a disbelieving voice,“Are you blind or what? Or perhaps you hit your head on the way here," she deduced mockingly, and the man sneered at her, refraining from deeming her with a reply. The man, alongside others, ignored her, as A
