“You know very well who I am don’t you?”
Stephen’s words made the manager frown.
Seeing the manager conflicted, Stephen hiddenly smirked.
In truth, he was no longer as rich as he used to be.
His father lost a lot of money lately, but he was still a well-known and feared-figure locally.
The manager knew Stephen’s father, which was also why he didn’t think Stephen’s father was capable of having a diamond card.
But then again, the card might have been temporarily given to Stephen’s father by the real owner.
The manager briefly glanced at Denver who had already entered the correct password.
He wished he was able to see the account details, but because of the confidentiality, he was not capable of doing so.
It would take too long to get permission from the headquarters, but the problem before him needed to be resolved as fast as possible.
Because all the staff in the bank had stopped working due to this incident.
The other customers were also looking and probably even recording the incident in secret.
“Mr. Denver knows the password of the diamond card,” the manager openly stated. “If he stole it, how would he know the password?”
Stephen just grinned in return.
“That punk stole my entire purse. The password was also in the purse.”
The manager still looked hesitant.
“If you’re not going to make him hand over the card…” Stephen took his mobile out and smugly stated, “I’ll just call my men.”
He was planning on using his gang members to extract the password from Denver.
In response, the branch manager said he’d call the police.
Stephen continued to act arrogant.
“Do what you want,” he blurted.
He was confident in bribing the local authorities.
Stephen looked at Denver.
“Once my guys are here, they will beat you to a pulp, so just wait.”
Hearing those words, Diane wrapped her arm around Stephen’s arm.
Denver grimaced.
Diane never held his arm like that in public before.
She only did it in front of her dad, but now, she was holding Stephen’s arm in public.
Naturally, it hurt Denver’s soul.
“Denver, you should fall to Stephen’s feet and lick his boots!” Diane said aloud. “Then he might forgive you for stealing his card!”
Just then, a loud engine noise came from outside, startling everyone.
It was the noise of a bonafide sports car.
The manager quickly scuttled out to see who was causing such a blatant noise in front of the bank.
Many others followed him out, purely out of curiosity.
A thunder blue lamborghini aventador skidded and stopped near the entrance.
The manager as well as Denver simultaneously recognized the woman in the driver’s seat.
When Stephen saw the woman sitting in the car, his eyes were immediately filled with lust.
The dark-haired brunette looked so stunning and beautiful, she would easily pass for his dream girl.
He wanted to make her his woman!
“Aventador…”
Diane muttered under her breath, amazed by seeing a roofless car, a kind she had always dreamt to drive in one day.
“It’s gotta be worth over half a million.”
Her eyes eventually shifted to the brunette wearing goggles. Her red-lipstick went well with her shiny red dress. Her long dark hair resembled a silky waterfall.
While chewing gum, the brunette jumped out of the car instead of opening the door.
“Madam Sheryl…” the manager hurried over to greet her with a bright smile on his face.
But she pushed him aside and then went past Stephen, Diane, and Subrina and stopped in front of Denver.
She took her glasses off, revealing her dazzling green eyes.
There was a jungle glow in her eyes, which would naturally attract attention and positivity from others.
“I came here to talk with the manager about the diamond card, but I wasn’t expecting to see you here, Boss.”
She raised her hand and showed the seven-carat red rosy diamond ring on her left thumb.
Denver was surprised because it was his ring.
It was only after selling this ring for over a hundred thousand dollars, he was able to buy the house.
“That’s… H-How did it find it?”
“Just had our men search every store in the city,” she replied, taking out the ring and putting it on Denver’s finger, which widened Diane’s eyes.
“It seems the shopkeeper tricked you and bought it for a cheap price. This ring is worth millions.”
Diane’s eyes widened some more and popped out of her sockets.
After all, Diane had thrown her wedding ring in Denver’s face.
But now, a tall, rich woman who looked like a top model, put a ring on Denver’s finger in public.
This was quite hard for her to digest.
Subrina, on the other hand, couldn’t believe what she was hearing.
(That red diamond ring is worth millions? He always wore it, so I thought it was cheap!)
Her stomach turned sour.
As if all this wasn’t enough, Sheryl bent her head and kissed Denver’s hand, shocking many people that were there.
Gnashing her teeth, Diane immediately barked,
“Bitch, who the fuck are you? Did Denver hire you to pretend to be a rich woman by making entrance in a rented luxury car?”
Stephen, with his experience, felt like the chances of a stunner like Sheryl being a hooker was very low.
But he hoped that Diane’s words were true so he could have Sheryl for himself.
After all, if Sheryl was from a rich background, then how come he had never seen her before?
Still and all, he said, “I can give you a lot more than what he’s offered, so why don’t you come over to my side, cutie?”
Sheryl could hear them, but she didn’t even turn toward them.
Instead, she smiled at Denver.
“Boss, will you give me permission to dispose of this garbage?”

EPILOGUE
A few days later.Philip had been crowned the new king of Hawkers.Minerva sent him a marriage proposal, but he refused it. Still, he said she could visit Hawk Park whenever she wanted.Minerva was still in a bad mood and had not reconciled with her father, but then everything changed when Golden Falcon brought back Elissa who wasn’t yet conscious. Minerva hugged her dad and cried.“I’m going to save her no matter how much it costs,” Golden Falcon assured his daughter. In the underground prison of Hawk Park.Ilene was talking with Serena and Lily, with the latter two behind the cold prison bars.Ilene was eating chicken with spicy soup. “Mhhm… this is the best chicken, alright?”Serena licked her lips.“What do you want?” Lily coldly said. “Why are you even here?”“I just want to show you that life can be enjoyed through little things like this chicken soup for instance,” Ilene chortled.Just then, a guard came inside and slid two plates full of roasted rats into the cell.Seeing thos
CHAPTER 869
Ilene traveled using the light cube and came with great expectations, only to see Denver and Mickey having a go at each other. The hole in the dome was already repairing itself on its own.Denver’s body looked ruined. One eye swollen shut. Burn marks covering half his torso, and lightning flickering weakly through torn flesh. Every breath carried visible pain.Mickey, on the other hand, was breathing with visible pain, and with blood dripping steadily from his fingertips. His psychic aura trembled unstably around him. Both of them should have collapsed already. But they were actually attacking each other.“That bastard!” Sheryl jumped out of the light cube and rushed in to help Denver. But Ilene stopped her.“Why are you blocking me?” Sheryl growled, ready to attack Ilene if necessary.“Don’t you see it?” Ilene said. “They want to see who’s the strongest among them.”Sheryl gritted her teeth. “That’s absolute idiocy.”Denver’s punch skimmed past Mickey’s jaw instead of crushing it ent
CHAPTER 868
Aural accord was a rare phenomenon where auras of two or more people blend and hum as one. It exponentially boosted their strength.Even Sanctus could not smile at what he was seeing. The main reason why he couldn’t kill Casil and Elissa was because of their aural accord state where they could fight him on an equal footing. Now, there weren't just two but three siblings who just entered that unison state.“This normally shouldn’t be possible, but you three were in the same womb at one point,” Sanctus muttered under his breath, “so it’s not out of the realm of possibility.” His brows drew together. “You surely didn’t foresee this, did you, Alita?”At the same time, Elita was in the broken tower of Sanctus, sitting on his throne, which was his final relic, and she was looking at the album of photos of her younger days where she trained and killed and did things she was not proud of.Her gaze settled on a picture of her and Sanctus taken together. This was when she cooked food for a thou
CHAPTER 867
The impact of Denver’s fist colliding the black sun was destructive enough to stop the pulling process.Sheryl was blown back for hundreds of meters. She managed to land on the ground, but it was like standing on a train moving at hundreds of miles per hour. She felt like she could get blown back any moment if she didn’t resist it.The earth beneath her feet was shattering. The mountains in the distance ceased to exist. Everything in sight was vanishing, and she was doing her best to hold on.The clash of Denver’s hot lightning and the chilling energy of the black sun was world-ending.“Krgh,” Sheryl could barely keep her eyes open. “Is this the power of dimensional aura? I’m not even close to their level.”She felt very frustrated at her lack of strength, but she was still glad that she had helped Denver enough for him to recover and fight Sanctus. After the shockwaves subsided, Denver jumped back. There was no ground beneath them anymore. It was as if the soil could not withstand th
CHAPTER 866
Mickey rushed first, but it was still Philip who reached Sanctus first.Philip formed out of thin air right behind Sanctus. “Aqua Shock.” His palm thrust into Sanctus’ back, pushing him forward.Mickey clawed at Sanctus’ face.“Omega Claw!”Sanctus’ body was cut into pieces and got sent crashing down the ground.Philip was startled by it.It may have seemed like a simple clawing attack, but Philip could feel his spiritual aura getting disrupted even though he was not even in the line of the attack. The severed pieces reattached themselves, and Sanctus was not smiling. He looked a little upset as he looked at Mickey. “You compressed telekinesis and magnetism into a singularity-like implosion and managed to get past my defenses. Not bad. But as you can see, it’s not enough.”“I’ll just have to keep attacking until you can stand no more,” Mickey retorted coldly. The space around them began to get folded, and out of them curing spacefolds, projectiles of dimensional aura shot forth at San
