Sal and his men took Isabella to another town for her safety, and to avoid her getting involved with the dramas that were happening. He did not want to get hit by her, and that was why he had to give her away now that he had gotten her back.

His men drove him to where he had kept Marco's mother because he believed that it would be safe enough for his daughter, and she would not encounter any harm there. Besides, no one really knew anything about Marco's mother’s whereabouts and where she was.

As soon as they got there, he took his daughter in, and Marco's mom was so happy to see her.
