Herbert chuckled as he gently rubbed his son’s shoulder. “Have you ever heard of a giant company called The Dragon Lord Group?”

Gabriel nodded. “Yes, of course I have heard of it. The Dragon Lord Group is a company that oversees many businesses spread across various countries, ranging from health, accommodation, cruise ships, restaurants, and gold and oil mining. What is your position in The Dragon Lord Group?” His tone sounded curious.

Herbert let out a proud smile. “I am the founder of The Dragon Lord Group.”

Gasp!

His father’s revelation sent shockwaves through Gabriel. “Seriously?”

“Have you ever heard about the mysterious owner of The Dragon Lord Group? It’s me, Gabriel. I am the owner who has been hiding my identity all this time.”

“Wow!” Gabriel couldn’t help but be amazed.

“And you are the sole heir of The Dragon Lord Group. All of it will be yours.”

Gabriel's jaw dropped. “Dad, but I am just a college student. I am not yet capable of becoming the leader of The Dragon Lord Group.”

“Don’t worry Gabriel, butler Richard will help you. We will guide you. Seeing your outstanding academic achievements, I am sure you are capable of becoming an heir.” Herbert’s words were encouraging.

A knock on the door interrupted their conversation. Herbert invited the person to come in, and the butler walked into the room.

The butler bowed his body to greet them. “Good morning master and young master. I am glad to see the young master awake.”

Gabriel smiled at Richard. “Thank you for bringing me here, Richard.”

“My pleasure, young master.”

Gabriel’s gaze shifted to the nightstand beside his bed. He saw his broken cellphone lying there. He got out of bed to pick it up.

“Gabriel, what are you doing?” Herbert asked with concern.

“I am checking my cellphone, Dad.” Gabriel fiddled with his phone and found that his SIM card was missing. “I think my card fell out,” he guessed.

Herbert approached Gabriel and looked at the broken phone. “It looks like a piece of trash. I’ll buy you a new one.”

Gabriel turned to his father. “Thank you, Dad. But unfortunately, my sim card is gone so I can’t contact my friends. They must be looking for me now.”

“You can meet them after you recover,” Herbert suggested.

“I’ll go back to the dorm now, Dad. My condition allows me to go back,” Gabriel requested.

“But you still need treatment.”

Gabriel insisted. “No, Dad. I have to go back now. Tomorrow is Monday, and I don’t want to miss the class.”

Unable to refuse his son’s request, Herbert finally agreed. “Okay, then get ready because the driver will be here to pick us up soon. But you have to go to our house before you go back to the dorm.”

Leaving the hospital room, they walked down the hallway. Gabriel wondered why there was no one else around besides them. There were only the janitors doing their job on the floor. All the rooms were closed, and the atmosphere was so quiet.

Seeing the confused expression on Gabriel's face, Herbert asked his son with concern.

"Gabriel, are you thinking about something?"

Gabriel turned to his father. "No, Dad. But I just wonder why in this hospital, the atmosphere is so quiet. There's no one here but us," he stated what was on his mind.

Herbert chuckled. "Yeah, sure. It's because I booked all the rooms in this hospital for us while you're undergoing treatment," he explained.

Gabriel's jaw dropped. "What? Then how much money did you spend on all this? This is so unnecessary, Dad." The astonishment was clear in his tone.

Herbert smiled faintly. "I did this to protect our privacy. I don't want our identities to be revealed; it could endanger us."

Gabriel nodded in understanding. Even though he knew his biological father's true identity, Gabriel still couldn't believe that he was the son of a wealthy businessman. It was like a dream to him, and sometimes he forgot about his status. But seeing his father's ability to rent an entire hospital for him made him believe it even more.

Getting into the elevator, they went down to the first floor. Walking towards the lobby, they saw the doctors and nurses lined up neatly to salute them before they left the hospital.

Gabriel was taken aback and looked at his father in confusion. "Dad, look, they're waiting for us," he stated in amazement.

"Let's go, Gabriel!" Herbert walked first, while Gabriel was behind him.

Gabriel politely bowed slightly in return for their salute.

"Thank you, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Gabriel, and Mr. Richard. May God always protect you all," said a doctor.

Gabriel smiled as he replied. "Thank you very much for saving me, doctor." With that, they took their leave.

Arriving in front of the hospital building, a Rolls Royce Ghost car was parked with a driver standing nearby. Seeing their arrival, the driver immediately bowed to pay his respects.

“Wow.” Gabriel muttered in awe at the sight of the car.

The driver opened the car door, and after they all sat down, he started the engine and drove off.

“Dad, is this our car? I saw Richard driving this car last night,” Gabriel asked while inside the car.

Herbert nodded. “Yes, Gabriel. Why? Do you like this car?” He asked because he saw Gabriel, who kept looking around, examining the car.

Gabriel responded enthusiastically. “Yes, I like it! It’s so cool!”

Chuckling, Herbert spoke. “This car is cool, but there are still many cooler ones in our house. When you get there, you can choose any car you want.”

The hotel staff also slandered me, saying I kidnapped her,” Viggo stated in a peeved tone.Mrs. Klaussen’s eyes widened. “How dare they! Do they know that what they’re doing is like digging their grave? They’ve violated my son’s privacy, and they will face the consequences.”“It’s okay, son, I’ll sue the hotel! We will definitely win,” Mrs. Klaussen reassured her son.A smug smile crept across his face. “Yes, I know, Mom.
