"Come with me," the white-hooded woman's voice sounded hoarse, yet full of authority. She lowered her sword that glinted in the morning sun, making Eadric Rong's eyes widen in fear.

With graceful and confident movements, she twisted her body, leaving Eadric Rong transfixed by the action.

"Y-you're not going to kill me?" asked Eadric Rong in a trembling voice.

The figure paused for a moment, but did not turn around. Her cold, stern voice could be heard replying, "What should I kill you for? Do I seem like the executioner of death to you?"

Although he couldn't see the hooded figure's face directly, Eadric Rong felt as if she was smiling.

However, the woman's voice sounded hoarse, as if she had some sort of prop in her mouth, making her voice sound creepy.
