Deal and Martin

The MoN meeting lasted almost 10 hours. And from the MoN meeting attended by 95 percent of world leaders. 80 percent agreed to create a new defense department. Which is focused on dealing with this Ragnarok problem. 

Research to find traces of Ragnarok's previous history has also been agreed and will begin in the next 3 days. And of course the research will involve all researchers in all corners of the world. And it will be carried out by leading scientists from all fields.

Not only agreed on the formation of a new defense department and allowed comprehensive research. 5 hours before the meeting ended, the spacecraft, which entered the Earth's atmosphere, finally landed in Registan. All MoN soldiers who had prepared around the site, immediately surrounded the huge spacecraft with all preparations. Including all weaponry ready to fire in case of unexpected events. 

But fortunately, the feared thing did not happen. However, because of the appearance of the spacecraft, it made the signal chaotic. And that left MoN forces unable to send their reports to headquarters.

The door of the spacecraft opened slowly. Martin, the leader of the MoN force, called on all members to be prepared with their weapons. 

"When I give you a cue, fire all your bullets at that door without hesitation!" ordered Martin.

"Sir, yes, sir!" they said compactly.

The atmosphere among the soldiers was so tense when the door opened. Some soldiers held their breath because they were too tense. But there are also those who do not feel tension or fear. As if they were ready to die. 

It only took 10 seconds for the door of the spaceship, which was the size of half a football field, to open perfectly. And after the door was completely opened, the soldiers who were prepared for all kinds of risks, were stunned. 

They were so shocked by the appearance of 5 extraterrestrials standing in the doorway. Their posture is so burly and tall. With a fierce and creepy face. The soldiers were glued for a few seconds. 

"What is this, who will be our opponent?" one of the soldiers spoke as his legs trembled. Some even pee their pants.

"I don't know, it's possible," said the soldier standing with him. 

The 5 extraterrestrials then got off the plane with nothing. 

"It's been 7,000 years since we last came here. And in such a short time, there have been many changes in the planet," said the extraterrestrial walking ahead. 

"7000 years?"

The soldiers were certainly surprised by the extraterrestrial's statement. And the shock occurred again when they realized that the words of extraterrestrials, could be understood by all MoN soldiers. Where, the MoN army consists of several countries. 

"My name is Kyv, me and 4 of my colleagues are in charge of guiding you to participate in Ragnarok. Are there 3 or 10 of you, participating?" 

Again the MoN soldiers were astonished. They still don't understand, how the extraterrestrials speak but can be understood by many languages at once. It was as if the extraterrestrials spoke a variety of languages in one spoke. 

Martin took two steps forward. He raised his head because the height of the extraterrestrial creature reached 6 meters. 

"We are only tasked with finding out the intention of you entering our territory," Martin said trying to be firm even though his body was shaking. 

"So?" said Kyv. 

Kyv's eyes then circulated watching the MoN soldiers and the weapons and tanks that were already ready. 

"You guys evolved for the better. But it's like, you're missing something," Kyv said after observing. 

"What do you mean?" asked Martin. 

Kyv stared at Martin fiercely. Then replied, "Fangs and scales." 

Martin didn't understand what Kyv meant. 

"So, where is your representative? We need to explain a few things before Ragnarok starts," Kyv said.

"We haven't determined it yet," Martin replied. 

"Then prepare immediately," Kyv said then turned around and was about to get back into the plane. 

But Martin stopped Kyv's pace with his loud voice.

"Don't leave yet! Tell me what you are going to say to our representative!" pleaded Martin. 

Kyv turned his head. 

"For what? It would just be a waste of time. It's better to send your representatives here immediately. Let only those who participate know," Kyv said casually.

"I will be one of the prospective participants of Ragnarok. So tell me what you're going to say," Martin said. 

Kyv looked at Martin deeply. He realized that Martin didn't mean what he said. But Kyv doesn't care about that.

"Then get in our plane," Kyv said and then walked back into the spaceship. 

The two creatures that had been following Kyv earlier, stood upright on the right and left sides of the spaceship door. While the other two, also entered the spaceship. 

The soldiers, who disagreed with Martin's reckless actions, tried to stop him. They thought Martin's actions were too risky. Bad things could have happened to Martin while inside the spaceship. 

"Take it easy, they won't do anything that is a no-no. Anyway, I'm just going to pretend. I didn't actually go along to be a participant. Unless, if it is necessary," Martin explained.

The soldiers were a little relieved because of Martin's explanation. However, there are things they don't understand. Participants who have already registered, will not be able to resign unless someone replaces. Even that is only for one participant.

Martin walked into the spacecraft on full alertness. Two extraterrestrials who entered the spaceship, walked behind Martin. 

"So this is like this part of a spaceship. It's not the same as the one in the movie. It's simpler. It even seems like a building" inner Martin as he observes every inch of the inside of the spaceship he passes.

After walking for almost 5 minutes, because the size of the spaceship is so large. Martin and Kyv finally arrive at a room that is certainly large and spacious enough for Martin. Kyv walked in first, and then followed by Martin. And the two extraterrestrials who had been following just now, waiting outside the room. 

"Remember, kill one of us, then you will be declared a failure and your planet will be destroyed. So I hope you can work well together," Kyv said and invited Martin to sit down.

Martin also sat on a chair that he thought had a strange shape. But the size is still just right for him who has a height of 195 centimeters. 

"So you're really going to take part in this fight as a representative of your planet?" asked Kyv. 

Martin was silent for a few seconds. He hesitated to give an answer. 

"If I say yes, can I resign if someone can replace me? And if I said no, what would he do to me? Is he going to kill me? Or let me go? Nothing is certain. I've already volunteered myself. I have to stay ahead no matter what the risk is. Maybe, with this I can get a lot of information as well. I have to keep going!" thought Martin.

"Yes. I will be the first representative from Earth to register in this Ragnarok!" said Martin in a clear voice. 

"Then extend one hand," Kyv said. 

Martin did as Kyv instructed. And after Martin's left hand stretched out, Kyv gave a bright yellow glowing bracelet, which was directly wrapped around Martin's wrist. 

"This is Lois's bracelet. A symbol of great courage. A bracelet that shows that you are a fighter. This bracelet will not disappear until Ragnarok is finished," Kyv said.
