CHAPTER NINETY-TWO“Don’t come close! Stay away!” Jamie said with a loud voice, as he pulled back the gun to himself, and breathed nervously. The men didn’t relent, but they traded with so much caution, approaching with very slow but steady steps, with their heads low, and their eyes high.Jamie peeped at them again, and when he noticed that they didn’t stop, he groaned in anger and frustration.He pointed his gun through the other side of the car, very close to where Mira was standing, while he still held onto her hand, but by a slim chance, he missed his shot.With the gun having only one bullet, Jamie knew that his chances of succeeding in his plans had gotten slimmer.
