"Please save my child!" a middle-aged woman cried while carrying her five-year-old child on the sidewalk.

Her clothes were tattered, her steps unsteady, hoping someone would help her child. However, her hopes were truly dashed; none of the passersby showed any willingness to help, not even to ask about the child's condition.

The child's face was very pale, his lips were blue, and his body was extremely thin. From their attire, it was clear they belonged to the lower class.

Suddenly, a man dressed in ragged clothes approached the middle-aged woman with a stick, holding the child's hand to check his pulse.

"He can still be saved," the man said as he immediately gave the child a drink from a gourd bottle he carried. After providing the drink, he said, "Take him to the nearest hospital."

The middle-aged woman stared at the man in astonishment before finally realizing and speaking up. "How can I take him to the hospital? People like us will be thrown out as soon as we step inside!" Her voice rose sharply.

The man frowned. "Ma'am, I'm not talking to you," he said while forcing a smile.

"If you're not talking to me, then who are you talking to?!" The middle-aged woman shouted and began crying again while calling her child's name.

The man sighed heavily, then shouted, "Rudi, are you deaf!"

The middle-aged woman was startled, immediately stopping her tears and looking up at the man who appeared to be a beggar.

Suddenly, a man dressed entirely in black arrived with two other burly men, hurrying over.

"What’s wrong, Sir?" asked Rudi, the one called, slightly out of breath as he stood at attention.

The man dressed like a beggar pinched Rudi's ear hard to bring him closer.

"Ouch... Sir is sick..." Rudi whined while holding the hand of the man addressed as Sir.

"You're the only one who can hear my command, you've been working with me for three years and still slow, would it be better if I cut off your ears?!" the man whispered with gritted teeth out of frustration.

"P-please, Sir... I-I’m sorry, please let go...." Rudi pleaded in a sad tone.

The man released his grip on Rudi's ear, sighed before giving orders. "Take them to the hospital, make sure the hospital doesn’t mistreat them."

"Y-yes, Sir!" Rudi replied while holding his sore ear, then instructed the two men who were with him, "Quickly take them to Yanaga Hospital, tell the doctor they are Sir's relatives!"

"Understood, Commander!" the two men replied, promptly lifting the child and assisting the middle-aged woman to take them to Yanaga Hospital.

The middle-aged woman was of course confused, glancing back at the man who helped her as they walked. The man's clothes looked like those of a beggar, even his face was dull, how could he have guards like a wealthy person?

On the other hand, the man continued walking casually with his stick while eating a wrapped bread, and Rudi followed behind him.

[Ding!

Master has helped a homeless person, congratulations you have received 1 Billion Dollar and a Level Up!]

The man stopped in his tracks, staring at the holographic notification screen from the System. "Heh, Damn System! Why do you keep giving me useless rewards?!"

[Sir, you hurt my feelings.]

"Bah! If it weren't for the fact that I want to find that woman, I wouldn't bother following your orders!" the man shouted angrily.

Rudi behind him could only sigh heavily, feeling that his master was becoming increasingly unhinged, as he kept ranting about nothing every day.

***

My name is Albert Yanaga, and this is my life, which is hard to categorize. Three years ago, I received the blessing of a System that could earn money and power just by helping people in need. But for me, it's not a blessing; it's a punishment!

Why do I say this isn't a blessing? The money I earn cannot be used by me; every time I hold cash or other valuable items, they will immediately disappear, burn, or vanish on their own.

My wealth? Don't even ask; I could be considered the richest person in the world, owning the largest company in Jantaka city with branches spread all over the country and even abroad. My assets and money are immense, but that's how it is... I can't enjoy it myself until I find a woman who truly loves me.

For three years, I have tried to be patient waiting for that woman, even occasionally approaching several women aggressively.

Guess what the result is?

Yes, that's right, they chased me away! Because I look like a beggar!

This damn System is truly frustrating me; I feel like I'm about to give up. Unfortunately, after three years have passed, my power has become so great. Believe it or not, even if a nuclear war destroys the world, I would definitely survive alone.

It’s exhausting and ridiculous, not to mention my slow-witted subordinates who are always by my side but have empty heads that never understand what I want with just one command.

In this order, they end up doing the opposite. If only he were not the only one in this world who could hear commands from my telepathy, I would have thrown him into the lava of a volcano.

Yes, that's right, I can't give commands to my other subordinates; only Rudi can follow my orders, and even that is through telepathy. For some reason, according to the damn System, he is the only one who doesn't have dirty thoughts or cheat me at all.

I am truly tired of having wealth and power but feel like I have no self-worth at all.

I hope to soon find a woman who truly loves me sincerely so I can feel the fruits of my labor all this time, but... is there really a woman like that in this world?

Never mind...

***

Albert sighed softly, staring at the bread in his hand, even though that bread was originally a pizza purchased by Rudi.

He indeed cannot eat anything luxurious or possess extraordinary items. For example, if he holds cash, it will catch fire—getting into a car means it will crash and the car will be destroyed—eating luxurious food will surely cause it to fall or transform into simple food.

This is his fourth year with the System; he has reached his limit of patience and no longer wants to obey the System's commands.

However, because he has continued to do good for three years, his conscience cannot hold back when he sees someone in need, as if this is a karma punishment from his past for Albert.

"Rudi... for the next few days, I want to be alone; you take a break," Albert said softly but firmly.

"Master, but..." Rudi was about to speak, but Albert had already disappeared from his sight.

Rudi sighed softly; he actually felt what was troubling his Master in recent days. "I better quickly find that woman, yes right, I have to find her soon," he said with determination and immediately went to his car.

He knows everything about Albert, how his Master cannot use his own wealth, having witnessed firsthand all the events of how his Master’s riches disappear whenever he tries to use them.

He is the only person in this world who truly understands Albert's condition. However, unfortunately, because he thinks too long, it makes decision-making difficult; he truly wants to help his Master, but it usually ends up in disasters that drag Albert down with him.
