Albert was standing in front of the most luxurious hotel in the city of Bibes. He stared at the hotel while letting out a soft sigh.

"Having a hotel as magnificent and luxurious as this, but I can't enter because I don't have a woman. What's the point of being rich if I can't enjoy it," Albert grumbled, truly longing for the life of a billionaire.

Suddenly, many cars stopped right behind Albert, and people dressed in all black got out of the cars. They rushed towards Albert to drag him away from there.

"Get out of here, you beggar!" shouted one of them while grabbing Albert's arm and pulling him.

"Hey... what do you want?!" Albert was a bit taken aback, as he was suddenly dragged by those people.

However, Albert did not like being treated roughly like that; his expression immediately turned serious, and he clenched the hand of the man who was dragging him and threw him down.

Bugh! Bugh!

The two men dragging Albert fell to the ground, curled up and moaning in pain while holding their backs.

The other men in black, seeing their two companions taken down by the beggar, were not pleased and immediately attacked Albert together.

However, Albert was able to take them down one by one easily, just by avoiding their attacks, causing the people to attack each other.

From inside a car, a beautiful, elegant woman took off her sunglasses and watched how Albert took down her men one by one.

"Miss, let me take care of this beggar!" said the woman’s private driver, who was also a bodyguard with excellent martial arts skills.

"No need, aren't we short on people? His fighting skills are quite decent, I'm sure he can help you protect me," the woman said with a meaningful smile.

The driver nodded slowly. "I understand." He then got out and opened the car door.

The beautiful woman stepped out of the car gracefully, seeing that her bodyguards, numbering in the dozens, were already lying on the ground, while Albert still stood without a scratch.

Albert looked at those people with disdain. "Hmph, people like you need to be taught a lesson!"

"Your skills are impressive, become my subordinate," scolded the woman who had just stepped out of the car.

Hearing this, Albert sighed softly, then slowly turned. "Who do you think you are to dare...." His voice caught in his throat upon seeing the beautiful face of the person who scolded him.

The woman was so elegant in a bright red dress that accentuated her proportional curves. Her hair was neatly styled, her lips painted with lipstick matching her dress, adding a bold and determined impression. Not only that, the slit in her dress revealed her long legs, making Albert gulp.

"Is she an angel descended from heaven?" Albert murmured softly, smiling like a fool.

Seeing Albert's gaze as if undressing her, the woman's personal bodyguard reprimanded him sternly. "You filthy beggar, watch your eyes, or I'll gouge them out and feed them to the dogs!"

Albert immediately snapped back to reality, wiping the drool that was about to drip and glaring sharply at the woman's bodyguard. "What did you just say?!"

The bodyguard swallowed hard, feeling the terrifying aura radiating from Albert's imposing presence.

For someone like him, who had martial arts skills, it was clear to sense that a man like this beggar was very dangerous, so he instinctively lowered his head, no longer daring to look at Albert.

"Enough, I don't want to waste time. Become my subordinate, your salary will be one hundred thousand per month. If your work is good, you will receive a bonus," the woman said directly.

Albert looked back at the woman, furrowing his brows. "Hundreds of thousands? You... wait a minute, isn't this a great opportunity? Who knows, this woman might be the one I'm looking for, indeed," he murmured while smiling.

Albert initially wanted to refuse but changed his mind because he remembered the System's rule that he could only spend his money after he had a woman who acknowledged him.

He rushed over to the woman and knelt before her, taking her hand while looking up and smiling.

"Miss, I will obey all your commands," Albert said with a wink.

The woman immediately pulled her hand away from Albert's grasp. "Alright, I accept you. Firman, give him suitable clothing!"

"Yes, Miss!" replied the woman's personal guard, who immediately instructed Albert to stand and follow one of his subordinates to change clothes.

After Albert left, Firman quickly asked, "Miss, are you sure about accepting him just like that?"

"Investigate his identity thoroughly; if he is Uncle Gerald's henchman, kill him without a trace," the woman said cynically.

"Understood, Miss!" Firman replied swiftly.

The woman was Astrid Ramon, the only daughter of the late Mr. Ramon. Five years ago, Astrid's parents died in an accident. Since her parents were gone, she was supposed to inherit her grandfather's wealth.

However, Gerald Ramon, the eldest son of Mr. Ramon, along with his family, always made things difficult for Astrid, preventing her from having enough influence in her grandfather's company.

She went to the Yanaga Hotel for a family gathering held once a year; the event would be attended by all immediate family members. In addition to reconnecting, they would also discuss the performance of immediate family members, deciding who deserved a promotion and who would be scolded for not contributing to the family.

The Yanaga Hotel is the largest hotel in Jantaka city, accessible only to wealthy individuals, and reservations must be made well in advance to secure a VIP room.

The Ramon family is a second-tier family, so they can also book a VIP room there.

Astrid entered the VIP room reserved by her family, where everyone had already gathered. As soon as she entered, all eyes turned to her with disdain.

"Well, look who just arrived? Impressive, daring to keep Grandpa waiting," said Handi Ramon, Gerald's eldest son.

Revalina Ramon, Gerald's second child, chimed in sarcastically. "Astrid, have you lost all manners? Ah, I forgot, no one is left to teach you about etiquette."

Gerald smiled cynically but then pretended to be kind. "Don't cause any trouble. Astrid, sit down quickly; your grandfather has been waiting."

Astrid could only clench her fists and glare at them. She then sat in the chair at the end that was provided for her.

Mr. Ramon looked at Astrid sharply before speaking. "Prepare the dishes!"

The waiters quickly prepared the meals, and at that moment, Albert, who had finished changing, was brought to the front of the VIP room where the Ramon guards, including Firman, were gathered.

Albert's expression looked very pleased. "Finally, I can wear decent clothes. Miss Astrid, I promise to repay your kindness," he muttered to himself.

Previously, Albert could not wear nice clothes, but after being made Astrid's subordinate, he could immediately wear guard attire. He quickly understood that Astrid was the woman who acknowledged him.

"Tch, these useless guards will surely be fired soon after that abandoned child is thrown out," said a guard near the right side of the door.

"They're just foolish, still loyal to that abandoned child," another guard chimed in.

Albert, hearing this, furrowed his brows, feeling that something was off with the guards there.
