Rudi's name is quite prominent among the tycoons of Jantaka city. This is because he always appears at events organized by Yanaga Corporation as a representative of the company's owner.

As a result, nearly all levels of tycoons, from lower to upper class, know him very well. They are very confident that Rudi is the trusted person of the Yanaga Corporation owner, so when they meet him, they immediately show respect.

However, earlier Astrid saw Albert talking to Rudi through the car's rearview mirror, although she did not know what they were discussing.

Albert, surprised that Astrid immediately recognized he was meeting Rudi, asked enthusiastically, "Miss, do you believe I know Mr. Rudi?"

If he could get more recognition from Astrid, then not only could he wear a guard's outfit, he was sure the System would also allow him to use the money that had piled up in his account.

Astrid looked Albert up and down, only now realizing that the man in front of her was very handsome after showering and wearing decent clothes.

Sighing softly, Astrid said, "I don’t know how you know Mr. Rudi, but as your superior, I just want to warn you, never cause any trouble with him, or your life will be ruined and drag me down too."

Albert frowned, his hopes of quickly enjoying his money instantly dashed. "Miss, I do know Mr. Rudi well, can you believe me?"

Astrid chuckled softly, shaking her head before speaking. "If you, who were previously a beggar, could know Mr. Rudi well, maybe I should be his sister, and that would be very beneficial." Suddenly her expression turned serious before she continued, "Stop dreaming in broad daylight! Tell Firman to prepare the documents for a partnership with Yanaga Corporation."

After saying that, Astrid intended to leave Albert just like that. But just a few steps away, Albert spoke up. "There's no need to do something troublesome, you will get that partnership."

Realizing it would take time to make Astrid believe in him, Albert chose to leave from there, disappearing in the blink of an eye.

At that moment, Astrid stopped in her tracks and turned back to scold Albert for talking nonsense, but she was confused to find that the man was no longer there.

Astrid furrowed her brows. "He left so quickly? Well, no need to think about someone like him," she murmured softly, trying to forget Albert’s words, but deep down there was a slight hope that the man's words were true.

Meanwhile, Albert appeared at the back door of the kitchen, smelling the delicious aroma of food.

"It smells so good, if only I could enjoy it," Albert murmured while rubbing his stomach, he sighed softly, then looked up, "Damn System, there’s already a woman who recognizes me, can you give me a little money for a nice meal?!"

[Of course, Sir, but only after Miss Astrid Ramon signs the partnership contract.]

Albert frowned. "What do you mean? You’re deliberately making it difficult for me, aren’t you, jerk!"

[Sir, our initial agreement is indeed like that, you can use the money after getting a woman who truly loves you, while Miss Astrid has only acknowledged you a little.]

"Asshole, just go away you jerk!" Albert became annoyed again, realizing that the conditions were still not sufficient.

At that moment, Astrid's female servant accidentally bumped into Albert while hurrying with her shopping bags.

"Eh..." The female servant gasped, falling backward, her groceries flying up, her eyes wide in shock.

However, Albert quickly grabbed the servant's waist and caught all the items that had been thrown into the air very swiftly.

Their gazes met each other, the waitress stunned as she looked at Albert's handsome face.

"Oh my, am I dreaming of meeting an angel?" The waitress felt her heart racing.

Albert, who was also taken aback by the waitress, realized that although she was in a servant's outfit, she was just as beautiful as Astrid.

However, he quickly came to his senses and urged the waitress to stand upright again, to avoid any misunderstandings.

"Miss, are you okay?" Albert asked with concern.

The waitress nodded slowly, still staring at Albert while smiling, admiring the handsomeness of the man in front of her.

Albert frowned, waving his hand in front of the waitress's face, who was just staring at him in silence.

"Miss... hey, Miss!" Albert called out in a slightly louder tone.

The waitress immediately snapped back to reality, and she grabbed Albert's hand and held it tightly. "Rini Wulandari, that's my name."

Albert squinted his eyes, intending to pull his hand away from Rini, but he remembered his mission to find a woman who would love him sincerely.

Observing Rini closely, Albert could immediately guess that the woman was a servant.

"A servant or not, as long as she loves me sincerely, it doesn't matter; I will elevate her status later," Albert murmured to himself.

He forced a smile and then said, "Albert, nice to meet you, Miss."

Rini nodded enthusiastically. "Nice to meet you too, Albert. You are wearing a guard's outfit; are you the new recruit for Miss Astrid?"

"That's right, I am indeed a new guard," Albert replied while releasing Rini's hand.

Rini was still smiling warmly; she then asked, "Why did you choose to be a guard? With your handsome face, you would probably be accepted as a model."

Gurgle...

Albert was about to answer when suddenly his stomach growled; he blushed and held his stomach. "Hehehe... sorry, I haven't had breakfast. Is there any bread?"

Rini sighed deeply. "Once again, Miss doesn't think about your stomach; follow me."

She hurried inside, and Albert followed, carrying the shopping bag Rini had earlier dropped when they collided.

In the kitchen, Rini quickly prepared rice and a side dish, then handed it to Albert.

"This is all that's left; is that okay?" Rini asked while offering a plate filled with rice and a side dish.

Albert set down the shopping bag and nodded. "It's fine; this is enough," he replied casually; after all, any food would taste different from plain bread.

He accepted the plate and sat down to eat. With the first bite, Albert's eyes widened in shock because the taste was completely unchanged.

Albert couldn't believe it; he tried another bite, and the taste truly remained the same.

"After three years, I finally get to taste delicious food..." Without realizing it, tears streamed down Albert's face as he ate hungrily.

For three long years, he had suffered from not being able to enjoy the sensation of various food flavors, only enduring the blandness of bread that went into his mouth every day. Had his body not had extraordinary endurance, he would have surely faced malnutrition and died on the streets.

Rini, seeing Albert eat while shedding tears, made her confused; was the food she cooked that delicious to Albert's taste?
