Three-Way Battle IV

Nathan easily got the good side of every guard on the walls as soon as he came back. This isn’t because of any merit to his own character but, rather, because of what he brought for them. The fruits that he got from the old man.

“Hey man, these things are good. Can you get more of them?” One of the guards asked Nathan right after the first bite.

Even Nathan himself is shocked by how good the taste is to be honest. He didn’t expect it to be this good. Every bite brings out a plump juice that’s rich in flavor. That’s the kind of experience they’re having which leaves them wanting more.

There’s also the faint taste of something else but, this is barely recognizable. Nor should it be a cause for concern at all as they continued gnawing on the food.

“I think so. The old man seems to be easy enough to fool.” Nathan said as he looked back down. Sure enough, the old man is still there, waiting for what Noah is going to say to him.
