CHAPTER SIXTY-TWO

But it seemed that they had celebrated their victory too soon, forgetting who exactly they were dealing with.

When they were stopped staring at each other and laughing victoriously, Marcel and Eric returned their gaze to the Supreme Ruler, only to see him standing outside the cage.

Marcel gasped, his eyes bulging out of their sockets. “How?” He stuttered, taking two staggering steps backward.

Eric on the other hand was getting ready to flee, knowing that they were going to suffer greatly for what they had done to Hudderson.

At that moment, silence hovered in the air, but they could hear their heartbeats, plummeting deeper into their bellies.

Hudderson growled at them, infuriated as he stared at his Mother’s grave.

The cage that almost swallowed him had damaged some of the heaped sand on the grave, reshaping the already ugly sight of his mother’s resting place.

“You just bid farewell to life.” He said, his voice low but imperative.
