The grand gates of the Miller family ancestral mansion were painted in bright gold. For fifty years, this giant house had stood as a symbol of their high status. It had twenty large rooms, a beautiful green garden, and a marble fountain shaped like a jumping fish. It was the place where Beatrice always hosted her rich friends to show off her wealth.

But today, the air around the mansion felt completely dead.

Chloe’s luxury car screeched to a halt right at the front door. She scrambled out of the passenger seat, her eyes wild with panic. Beatrice followed right behind her, her expensive high heels sinking into the soft soil of the lawn. Julian Vance dragged his feet behind them, his bandaged face leaking cold sweat under the bright afternoon sun. They had run straight from the office after his father’s terrifying phone call.

"Maybe it was a joke," Beatrice gasped, her hands clutching her throat as she stared at her beautiful house. "Yes! A sick joke by our business rivals! Nobody can take my mansion away from me. My grandfather bought this land!"

Before Chloe could answer, the deep, heavy roar of giant truck engines shook the ground.

Three massive white moving trucks turned into the driveway, completely crushing the beautiful flowers along the path. Behind the trucks were four sleek black sedans filled with men wearing sharp grey suits and carrying leather folders. These were the elite legal enforcement officers of the city.

The car doors slammed shut in perfect unison. A tall man with a cold, robotic face stepped forward, holding a thick stack of papers bearing a heavy gold seal. This was Officer Vance, the head of the legal eviction team.

"Are you the Miller family?" Officer Vance asked, his voice completely flat and empty of any human emotion.

Beatrice stepped forward, her face turning bright red with anger. "How dare you drive those ugly trucks onto my grass! Get out of here right now! I am Beatrice Miller, and my daughter is about to marry into the Vance real estate family!"

Officer Vance did not even blink. He lifted the legal document and read it out loud for the whole street to hear. "By order of the supreme owner of the Vance Group, the Miller Group debt has been collected. This house, this land, and every single object inside have been legally seized to pay the debt. You have exactly zero minutes to leave."

"No!" Chloe screamed, rushing forward to grab the papers. "We signed a waiver last night! A beggar named Ethan took our twenty million dollar debt! You should be hunting him, not us!"

Officer Vance pulled the papers back, looking at Chloe with total pity. "The waiver you signed was bought out by our Chairman this morning. The debt belongs to you, and the Chairman has ordered immediate seizure. Men, begin the clearance."

Thirty large, muscular movers wearing heavy black boots immediately marched past Chloe and Beatrice. They did not use keys. They used heavy iron sledgehammers to smash the grand wooden doors of the mansion into tiny splinters.

Inside the house, the sound of breaking glass and tearing wood filled the air. The movers did not care about being gentle. They grabbed the giant crystal chandelier that cost fifty thousand dollars and yanked it from the ceiling, letting it crash hard onto the floor. They picked up Beatrice’s favorite Italian leather sofas and threw them straight out the wide open windows.

Thud!

The beautiful white leather sofa landed face down in a deep puddle of muddy water on the lawn.

"My furniture!" Beatrice shrieked, running around like a wild animal. "Stop it! You are destroying my luxury items! Those are custom made!"

A mover walked out of the front door carrying a large cardboard box filled with Chloe’s expensive designer shoes and gold jewelry boxes. Without even looking, he flipped the box upside down, dumping hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of luxury items straight into the wet mud. Gold necklaces and diamond rings sank deep into the dirty slime.

Chloe dropped to her knees, frantically digging through the mud with her bare hands to save her jewelry. Her fingernails broke, bleeding into the dirt, but she didn't care. She was crying so hard she could barely see. "Julian, help us! Call your family guards! Do something!"

Julian stood frozen on the pavement, his bandaged face twitching. He looked at the legal officers, then at the massive moving trucks. He knew his own family mansion was being destroyed at this exact same second. He was no longer a prince. He was just a broke cripple with a broken jaw. He turned his back on Chloe and began to back away slowly, wanting to run and hide.

Beatrice looked at her ruined life, her ruined clothes, and her beautiful mansion being ripped apart. The wealth she had spent her whole life building was turning into garbage in front of her eyes. Something inside her brain snapped completely. She lost her mind.

"I will kill you all!" Beatrice roared, her eyes turning bloodshot with a manic rage.

She spotted a long, sharp metal garden tool lying near the flower bed. She rushed over and grabbed it, her grip tight and white. She turned around and ran like a madwoman toward the front lead vehicle of the legal team.

"Mother, stop!" Chloe screamed from the mud, but it was too late.

Beatrice raised the sharp metal tool high into the air and slammed it with all her might into the front tire of the legal vehicle. She wanted to pop the tires so they could never leave her land. She struck the rubber over and over again, screaming wild, nonsense words, her face twisted like a demon. "This is my house! You will never take it! I will pop your tires! I will burn this whole place down before I let you have it!"

Officer Vance did not move an inch. He did not show any fear. He slowly reached down to his tactical belt and pulled out a heavy, yellow plastic weapon with two metal prongs at the front. It was a high voltage tactical taser.

He aimed it straight at Beatrice's shaking, heavy body.

Zap!

A loud, crackling sound of electricity ripped through the quiet air. Two small metal darts flew out of the weapon, sticking directly into Beatrice’s thick coat.

Instantly, fifty thousand volts of pure electrical current shot through her entire body. Beatrice’s eyes rolled back into her head. Her arms and legs went completely stiff, shaking violently like a fish out of water. She dropped the sharp garden tool, and her large body crashed heavily onto the wet pavement, landing right in the middle of a muddy puddle. She lay there groaning, her muscles twitching uncontrollably as the cold mud covered her face.

Chloe screamed in absolute horror, running toward her twitching mother. "Mother! Mother, wake up!"

The lead officer stepped forward, his heavy black combat boots stopping right next to Beatrice’s wet head. He looked down at them with cold, merciless eyes, his weapon still buzzing with blue electricity.

The lead officer tases her, shouting: "You no longer own this land, move!”
