"Yeah! Yeah! Pummel him!"

 "That's what I'm talking about!"

 "Loser! get up and fight!"

Entering the battle rambo building, Aiden winced in discomfort at the loud noises the audiences were making.

Due to being a Vampire, his senses were more enhanced than humans. As such, the noise was amplified a hundred times over.

It was as if someone placed a megaphone besides his ear and was screaming into it.

"First time here kid?" the middle aged man who was walking besides Aiden, smiled when he read his body language.

"Hm. I don't know how to address you sir" Aiden replied.

"My name is Xavier. What's yours?"

 "Aiden"

 Mr. Xavier grinned.

"Alright Aiden, let's get you booked up!"

Leading the way, the duo arrived at a counter.

"I want to book a fight" Mr. Xavier said to the female behind the counter.

"Oh? what battle stage please?" the counter lady asked.

Mr. Xavier observed Aiden for a bit before responding.

 "The Beta stage"

"Alright. Let me prepare the booking. Is your fighter a Magi? and what level is he?" the counter lady asked.

"Uhm. I'm not sure myself" Aiden shrugged.

It hadn't been that long since he obtained the system, so he didn't know how the power level ranking worked.

"It's fine. Pair him up with a 2-star Omega Warrior level magi"

"A-Are you sure sir?" the Counter lady swept Aiden with her eyes.

No matter how she looked at him, she didn't believe he had strength comparable to a 2-star Omega Warrior level magi.

Magis were divided into various levels, depending on their strengths.

The Omega Warrior was the first level and it was further classified into 3-Stars Omega Warrior level, 2-stars Omega Warrior level, 1-star Omega Warrior level and Ultra star Omega Warrior level.

"Are you telling me what to do now?" Mr Xavier frowned with displeasure.

"N-Not at all!" the counter lady hurriedly prepared the booking roster.

"Would you like to place a bet on the match?" she asked.

"What are the odds?"

"Let me see.." the counter lady read through the bookings roster for a bit before responding.

 "3/1"

"Then, I'll bet five thousand on his win"

After making the payment for the bet, Mr. Xavier was given a betting slip. If he ever won the bet, he would be able to withdraw his loot by using the loot.

"Your confidence in me is quite scary and at the same time suspicious. Do you know me from anywhere before?" Aiden asked as they made their way towards backstage.

"Well, what can I say? I sort of find you unique and interesting" Mr Xavier smiled mysteriously.

 "Unique huh?"

Arriving at the backstage, Aiden selected the gimmick he was going to use for the battle match.

The outfit consisted of an elbow length fingerless gloves, a red headband with a skull emblem, body suit made out of latex and combat boots.

"You look amazing. The gimmick suits you well" Mr. Xavier praised Aiden after he had finished suiting up.

"Tch. Too tight" Aiden complained.

But he had to admit that the outfit also made him feel lighter.

"Next Match! Bloody Kiddie Vs Macho Steel!" the sound of the announcer's voice rang, being amplified by a mega phone.

"That's your cue kid!" Mr Xavier pushed Aiden out of the backstage.

"Hm. Let me see what you are capable of.. kid with no sign of beta force" Mr Xavier mumbled, a knowing  glint flashing past his eyes.

.

.

"Bloody Kiddie? what kind of sick name is that?" Aiden mumbled as he jogged towards the direction from where the announcer's voice originated from.

Along the way, he passed by a combatant, ridden with bloody wounds as he got wheeled away on a stretcher.

"Tsk" Aiden licked his lips as his eyes shone with a mad glint.

 -[Your Battle intent grows..]

-[71/100]

When Aiden arrived at the battle ring, he saw his opponent waiting for him, arms folded as he enjoyed the praises of the cheering crowds.

Macho Steel.. living up to his name, his opponent was 12fts tall, with bulgy meaty muscles.

Sporting bronze tanned skin that glistened with sweat, Aiden felt like as if he was facing off against a war god.

But strangely, he didn't feel any fear. Instead, he felt a strong desire for battle.

-[Your Battle intent grows..]

-[87/100]

When the audiences saw Aiden entering the ring, a string of booings ensued.

"What is a kid like that doing there??'

"Kid! step out of that ring. It isn't a playground!"

"Is there even a need to watch this? Macho Steel is going to pulverize that kid in an instant!"

Hearing the degenatory remarks flying around, Aiden smirked devilishly.

"Wipe that grin on your face, are you looking down on me?" Macho Steel roared as he dashed at Aiden.

For every mighty step he took, the ring trembled.

"Eat my fist! I don't even have to use my mojo on a wet nosed brat like you!' he swung his big fist at Aiden's head, with the intent to smash it into blood patty.

Many of the audiences licked their lips, anticipating the scene of Macho Steel, pulverizing Aiden's head.

Unfortunately, things didn't go as they pictured.

 Pa!

To their greatest shock, Aiden caught the meaty fist with his small palm, that same devilish smirk on his lips.

 "Is that so?"

Aiden twisted his arm, snapping the arms of Macho Steel into an irregular shape.

"Uwaaa!" the hefty man staggered, while screaming miserably.

"Eat mine too!" Aiden pounced on him, raining fast punches on his chest.

Pow! Pow! Pow! Pow! Pow! Pow!

At that moment, nothing but Macho Steel's chest mattered to Aiden. He felt a strange kind of exhilaration as he inflicted damage to his opponent.

It was an addictive sensation. He just couldn't get enough of it. He wanted more. More!?

"Stop!!" the announcer's loud voice rang in his hear. Due to being a Vampire, the sound was amplified a hundred fold, vibrating strongly in his head.

Only through this did he manage to stop.

Looking down, he saw that Macho Steel's chest was all but a disgusting mush, with all his intestines and organs exposed.

-[Congratulations. Host has completed side mission: Defeat First Contender]

-[Host will recieve the below rewards..]

-[1 skill]

-[5 Blood drachmas]

However, Aiden was too frightened to even check the system's notification. Staring at his blood stained fist and the bloodied corpse underneath him, he couldn't make out a coherent thought.

 "I-I did this?"

.

.

"You were really wild out there. Was that the side effect of your mojo?" Mr. Xavier laughed as soon as Aiden returned back to backstage.

"Here, clean yourself up. It's gross to look at" he removed a white handkerchief from his trouser pocket, tossing it at Aiden.

"I've done what you asked for. Isn't it time for you to keep to your end of the bargain?" Aiden skillfully evaded the question, while wiping off the blood on his fist and face.

"Smart kid. I won't pry on your secret though"

"As for the surprise, what do you think of yourself becoming a student at Nightshade Royale Academy?" Mr. Xavier grinned.

"Like you must have guessed already, my name is Mikael Strongman and I am the —" before Mikael Strongman could finish speaking, a rude remark suddenly cut in. "Did you call us all here so we can mingle? when do we begin the raid and which danger zone are we going to explore?" Aiden clicked his tongue when he saw that the speaker was Genma. Although none of the surrounding Raiders audibly acquisced to Genma's outburst, the way they nodded their heads proved that they agreed with him. Readjusting his shades, Mikael Strongman gaze focused on Gemma. "You must be Genma Hiroshi.. it is an honor to meet you." despite Genma's earlier rude remark, Mikael Strongman didn't appear to have taken offense in the slightest. In the Raiding Industry, the number of Raider Kings were a pitiful number that could only be counted on one hand. As for Diamond Raiders, they were not large in numbers neither — roughly twenty.Although Silver Wings Inc was a top Ranking exploration company, not even their m

Taking a momentary pause, Aiden clenched his fist in an active bid to reel back the rage bubbling in the pit of his stomach. Although he wanted nothing more than to turn around and teach the arrogant raider a lesson, he mentally weighed the risks and rewards to be gained. Rewards? the satisfaction of putting the arrogant raider in his place. The risk? attracting a lot of attention to himself and possibly revealing more of his trump cards to Silver; someone hell-bent on proving that he was the Blood Nonsuch. Once Aiden finished weighing his options, it was already obvious which one he would take. "W--What?!" among the crowd, a hefty looking raider with yellow sideburns gasped in shock as he watched Henri walk away. "H--He's able to ignore the effects of my Divine Presence?!" Genma was inwardly shocked and irritated. Despite his petty nature, Genma was actually no pushover in the Raiding Industry. As a renowned Gold Raider, he didn't need to own a Raiding Firm to explore Danger

After successfully stamping his blood across the contract paper, the employment agreement became formally legalized and just like that, Aiden became a non - exclusive specialist for the Blue Heaven Firm. Finally meeting the necessary members quota, Eleanor and her raiding team were led towards the direction of an elevator that would take them towards one of the upper floors. After a couple minutes elevator ride, Eleanor's team arrived at the third floor. They had just barely stepped out when the team was approached by a slender man clad in impeccable designer suit. "Are you the people from Blue Heaven?" the associate asked them curtly. As the natural leader, Eleanor meekly responded. "Y--Yes.." "Follow me.." without a moments delay, the associate turned around and began taking brisk strides forward. Following after him, Eleanor and her team soon arrived at a dead end. Spotting an unperturbed expression, the associate fished out a membership card. Once he did, a series of runic

"I get to keep seventy percent?" an amused curve spread across Aiden's lips. "What if I end up giving Blue Heaven Firm ten percent instead of thirty percent. How do you confirm that the amount of loot split among us is truly accurate." The main reason why Aiden wanted to become a Raider was majorly because he saw that as an opportunity to farm DMG points as well as General Points. As for loots to be obtained, he didn't care much about them. However, despite his lack of interest in the loots that Raiders obtained when they ventured into danger zones, Aiden was curious. Back at Fenris City, there was something called spatial artifacts that were mostly designed as rings or watches. These spatial rings and watches contained pocket spaces within them that could store inanimate objects."Unfortunately, spatial artifacts do not work in Three Crowns Commandery.." as if she had read his mind, Silver suddenly interjected. Just like Aiden, she was originally from the Main Regions and was kn

  • Chapter 578

The process of joining a Raiding Firm was far more simpler compared to joining a Sentry Guild. In the outside world, there were two ways one could join a Sentry Guild. The first and common method was undergoing training at a specialized Camp known as Sentry Forts. With these forts located in danger zones or areas that were known for high turn up rates for Beast Ruins Rifts, the cadets in these Sentry Forts honed their skills by battling Fiend Beasts. Although Aiden wasn't a hundred percent knowledgeable regarding the entire process, there was a grading system in these Sentry Forts. Similar to Three Crowns Institute, the cadets in Sentry Forts were ranked based on the amount of a unique kind of point they amassed. But unlike Three Crowns Institute's Merit Points that could be obtained through duels among students, these unique points could only be earned based on the cadets performance during training battles against Fiend Beasts. Only after amassing a certain threshold amount of t

"Oh.." having not expected the swift rejection, Eleanor was momentarily stunned. "The way you rejected her just now. It makes you sound like as if you have options." recognizing this voice, Aiden's gaze narrowed when he saw a familiar face appear besides Eleanor. "Silver.. what are you doing here?" Aiden clenched his jaws. Shrugging her shoulder, Silver replied with a natural tone. "Just like you, I came here for Silver Wings Inc mass recruitment." Aiden sneered inwardly. 'yes. I'm sure you did.' "Let me guess, you are a part of her Raiding Firm and it was your idea to invite me over?" Aiden's gaze shifted from Eleanor and then to Silver. "Before you are in a hurry to decline, let me just inform you that you accepting her offer is the only sensible choice.. at least in the current situation you are in." Silver quickly interjected, not bothering to deny Aiden's accusation. "Eleanor here is the grand-daughter of the Blue Heavens Firm.. her grandfather and majority of the Raider
