“Seeing how hight the crime rate is in the city. I have decided to join hands with our friendly city and make sure that the people in Santos City are safe. Please allow me to introduce Atalion Asverd, the leader of Venton City. The number one city who is known for their military, economical and security. They are the one we are making pathnership with," Edward introduced as he stepped aside for Atalion to walk on the stage and present himself to the people in the hall.

Atalion who had a blank expression on his face made his way to the mic and stood before the people with a sharp and clear eyes.
