In the story, Faust was swallowed by the illusion though it didn’t hurt him physically.

The illusion enhances the feeling of ‘regret’.

Unlike the first trial, a made-up story, the second trial is about looking back at the past.

The person who will be under this trial remembers… will be shown every event in his life and every ‘regret’ in that scenario.

Even the most minor event will not be skipped and the worst thing is… under the second part of the trial, the ‘feeling’ of ‘regret’ will be boosted.

Faust, cannot escape this.

No instead, he looks into it.

Embrace this scene but instead of ‘regret’ what he felt is longing.

Especially on the days, when he spends his time with his family and lovable animals.

But this feeling didn’t escape the ‘properties’ of the illusion.

The feeling of ‘longing’ doubles.

But Faust pushes through.

In his mind, he wanted everything to stop.

He wanted to be with his pet, to close his eyes and simply lay down and rest.
