the auctioneer will get 1% every item from the money that is earned by the seller. and the auction house will get 3% of grossed sale by the seller.

last but not the least the shoes made by a master craftsman, the shoes were made from a rare snake called senetick that is already extinct 30 years ago ("senetick is from word sentetic " because the shoes were made from a high quality senthetic leather)

Liam is the one who gives instructions about how to describe the items.

After hearing about how the product was made and how rare it is they doubt it, up if this was a real Luxury item because it was too beautiful to be true, they thought it was fake (even though it was a cheap item from a modern world).
