Chapter 465: No Rest for the Living
Five grueling hours later, Kai stood in the middle of the torn savannah, panting like a man who had just crawled back from the edge of death.Blood covered him.Some of it was his and most of it wasn’t.His chest rose and fell heavily as he watched his injuries knit themselves back together.
