In the city of New Avalon, where a fascia of riches hides dishonesty and backstabbing, a rebellious group of thieves sets their sights on the impenetrable vault of wealthy Victor Crane. It's said to hold a vast treasure of valuable gems. The team is headed by Jax "The Ghost" Malone, a likeable former criminal with a talent for pulling off unbelievable robberies. His crew consists of: Lena Voss, a technological whiz; Marcus "Bear" Tate, a powerful strongman; and Evie Quinn, a deceptive swindler. They come up with a bold scheme: to put a tiny camera on Crane's jacket to discover the vault's secrets, copy his fingerprint, and imitate the voice of his business partner, Sophia Laurent. As they get closer to Crane, visiting places like his expensive dry cleaners and personal gym, the team learns that the vault has a two-part security system. It needs Crane's fingerprint and Sophia's voice at the same time. But things aren't as straightforward as they seem. Lena's developing feelings for Jax begin to distract her, while Evie's impulsive flirting and Marcus's troubled history cause problems within the group. Then there's Dorian Black, a competing thief whose frustrating success and arrogant attitude make him a despised but dangerous enemy. As the robbery progresses, acts of disloyalty, passionate moments, and thrilling pursuits push the team to their limits. With time running out and Crane's security getting tighter, the crew must navigate relationships, devotion, and deceit to complete the heist—or risk losing everything in the resulting turmoil.
