Jake Martins was a struggling husband man, he struggled between many jobs to provide for his rich wife and twin daughters but all he got from his inlaws were insults and disgrace because he couldn't give their daughter the kind of life they wanted for her. Matters became worse when he got into an accident that crippled him for a while.
