Chapter Ten: The Terror of Ravan the Great

There were seventeen centurions manning Captain Fadi's unit the night of the execution of Ravan's family, and Ravan went down the list he had copied from the scroll. He spent several weeks studying their daily routines all the while narrowly avoiding the extensive manhunt the centurions had going against him. There were a couple times when some centurions had spotted him and a battle broke out in an alleyway or open road, but Ravan would see them coming and managed to get away each time.
