CHAPTER 1
At the far end of the corridor of Elysium Hotel & Suites, Justin Wellington pushed a mop slowly across the floor.Justin was only a student, but life had not been kind to him. During the day he attended lectures at school. At night, he worked the janitor shift at the luxurious hotel. His uniform shirt was slightly too big for him, and his shoes were worn out from constant walking.Right now, he stood inside Room 35B, finishing one of the most unpleasant parts of his job.Scrubbing toilets…Justin bent over the toilet bowl with a brush in his hand. His sleeves were rolled up, and sweat had gathered around his forehead. He muttered quietly to himself.“Just a few more rooms… then I can rest.”He scrubbed the inside carefully until it shined. When he was satisfied, he rinsed the brush and stood up with a tired sigh.“Done,” he whispered.Justin grabbed his bucket and mop and walked toward the door. As he opened it, he almost bumped into a tall man who was just returning to the room.
CHAPTER 2
Justin’s lips trembled slightly as he stood frozen at the doorway, his eyes fixed on the scene before him. For a moment, it felt as though his voice had been stolen from him, but he forced it out anyway, even though it came out weak and unsteady.“…Britney?” he called again, his tone low and uncertain. However, the two people on the bed were so completely absorbed in what they were doing that they did not notice his presence at all.Justin remained standing there for several seconds, unable to take a single step forward or backward. It was as if his body had turned to stone. Suddenly, gathering what little strength he had left, he shouted again, louder this time.“Britney!”His voice echoed sharply across the room, cutting through the moans.Britney’s body immediately froze at the sound. Her movements stopped abruptly, and her expression stiffened. Slowly, almost reluctantly, she turned her head toward the door. The moment her eyes met Justin’s, her eyes widened.“Justin…?” she said

“Yes,” Britney White replied without the slightest hesitation.“It was all a plot.”“Of course,” she said bluntly. “How else was I supposed to avoid being seen with someone like you?”Justin’s eyes trembled slightly at her words, and for a moment, he seemed unable to respond.“You’re wretched,” she continued without holding back. “Just a hungry boy, dressed like a pig, having absolutely nothing to offer.”Each word struck him like a stone, one after another, leaving no room for him to recover. He remained standing there, completely stunned, his mind spinning so fast.Britney began to walk toward him slowly, her expression filled not with guilt, but with clear annoyance.“Honestly, Justin,” she said, stopping just a short distance away from him, “aren’t you ashamed of yourself?”Justin slowly lifted his head, his face pale and strained.Britney raised her hand and pointed directly at the mop and bucket beside him.“You come here acting like I betrayed you,” she said sharply. “But take
CHAPTER 4
“You… you’re firing me?” Justin asked slowly, as though he could not quite believe that the words were truly coming out of his own mouth. The manager crossed his arms impatiently and looked at him with clear irritation.“Yes,” he replied bluntly. “You heard me.”Justin shook his head weakly, still trying to process everything that was happening.“But you’re only hearing their side of the story,” he said, his voice strained but earnest. “I can explain what really happened if you would just give me a chance.”He took a small step forward, desperation showing in his expression.“Manager, please listen to me. I didn’t—”Before he could finish his sentence, a sharp sound suddenly cut through the air.A loud slap echoed across the lobby.Justin’s head snapped violently to the side from the force of it, and a burning sensation spread instantly across his cheek. For a moment, he stood frozen in shock before slowly turning his head back.Standing directly in front of him was Britney White, her

The voice on the other end had just addressed him with a title he had not heard in years, and the impact of it struck him far deeper than he expected.Young Master.Justin’s fingers trembled slightly as he held the phone to his ear, his mind struggling to catch up with what he had just heard.“…Who are you talking to?” he asked slowly, his voice hoarse, weighed down by both pain and disbelief. There was a brief pause on the line, as though the speaker was choosing his words carefully, before the man responded in a calm and respectful tone.“Good evening once again, Young Master,” the voice said. “My name is Daniel Reeves. I am the personal attorney to your father… Mr. Martin Fletcher.”Justin’s entire body stiffened instantly, as though those words had turned him into stone.“…Martin… Fletcher?” he repeated faintly, his voice barely above a whisper. His breathing began to grow heavier, as the name echoed again and again in his mind.Martin Fletcher. The richest man in the world.A man
CHAPTER 6
“Young Master,” he said respectfully, “you do not have to make a decision immediately.”Justin was still staring at the documents in his hands at that moment, his mind struggling to process everything that had just been placed before him. “I don’t need time,” Justin replied firmly, his voice was final. “I already said I’m not going back.”The attorney did not argue with him. Instead, he reached into his suit pocket and brought out a black card, holding it carefully between his fingers before extending it toward Justin.“Then at least take this,” he said.Justin frowned slightly as his gaze shifted from the documents to the card.“What is that?” he asked.“It is a personal black card,” Daniel explained calmly. “It is already linked to funds directly from your father's business account. Which would now belong to you.”Daniel Reeves continued, “your personal accounts that had been unfrozen, only contain your personal money which is just 20 billion dollars. But this card is linked to mor

Justin took a slow, steady breath as he began walking back toward the hotel entrance. His body ached, his clothes torn, yet his eyes were calm as he noticed a signpost near the gate.It showed Elysium Hotel’s owner’s number, and after a brief pause, he took out his cracked phone and typed it in.For a few seconds, he simply stared at the digits on his screen. Then, without overthinking it further, he pressed “call.”The phone rang twice before it was answered.“Hello?” a deep, authoritative voice spoke from the other end.Justin adjusted his posture slightly and spoke in a calm, respectful tone. “Good evening, sir.”There was a short pause before the man responded. “Who is this?”“My name is Justin,” he replied steadily. “I would like to discuss a business proposal with you.”The man sounded mildly amused. “A business proposal?” he repeated. “At this hour?”Justin did not hesitate. “Yes, sir. It concerns your hotel.”There was a noticeable shift in the man’s tone immediately. “My hot

After a brief moment, Justin replied in a calm tone, “I believe you are the one who does not understand the situation.”The manager scoffed loudly, clearly amused. Turning slightly as though addressing an invisible audience, he said sarcastically, “Listen to him. The boy I personally fired is now standing here trying to lecture me.”He stepped closer to Justin, his expression growing more aggressive as he pointed a finger directly at Justin’s chest. “Let me remind you,” he continued sharply, “I fired you. You no longer work here. You have no right to stand in this building. If you do not leave right now, I will call my boys again, and this time they will not go easy on you.”Justin lowered his gaze briefly to the finger pressing against his chest, then slowly lifted his eyes back to meet the manager’s face. “You should be careful with your words,” he said. “Because from this moment onward, you are the one who is no longer allowed to stand here.”The manager blinked in confusion, cle

The next morning, Justin woke slowly on the wooden bench of the park close to Elysium Hotel. His body was still aching from the brutal beating he had received the night before. For a moment, he thought about his father and the inheritance waiting for him, and then he remembered the betrayal. Then, suddenly, a sharp beep from his phone broke through his thoughts. He frowned slightly and reached into his pocket, pulling out his cracked phone. His brows furrowed the moment he saw the notification.“A message… from Britney?” he muttered under his breath, clearly surprised. For a few seconds, he simply stared at the screen, unsure of what to expect. Then he opened the message and began to read carefully. As his eyes moved across the words, his expression slowly shifted from confusion to disbelief.“Justin, please listen to me,” Britney had written. “What happened last night with Steven… It was a terrible mistake. I was drunk, I swear, and I think he might have spiked my drink. I didn’t k
