The voice on the other end had just addressed him with a title he had not heard in years, and the impact of it struck him far deeper than he expected.

Young Master.

Justin’s fingers trembled slightly as he held the phone to his ear, his mind struggling to catch up with what he had just heard.

“…Who are you talking to?” he asked slowly, his voice hoarse, weighed down by both pain and disbelief.

There was a brief pause on the line, as though the speaker was choosing his words carefully, before the man responded in a calm and respectful tone.

“Good evening once again, Young Master,” the voice said. “My name is Daniel Reeves. I am the personal attorney to your father… Mr. Martin Fletcher.”

Justin’s entire body stiffened instantly, as though those words had turned him into stone.

“…Martin… Fletcher?” he repeated faintly, his voice barely above a whisper.

His breathing began to grow heavier, as the name echoed again and again in his mind.

Martin Fletcher.

The richest man in the world.

A man whose wealth was said to exceed nine hundred billion dollars.

A man who controlled one of the most powerful and far-reaching business empires on the planet.

And more importantly…

Justin’s father.

Slowly, Justin lowered his head, his expression darkening.

“You’ve got the wrong person,” he said quietly, almost as if he were trying to convince himself.

However, the attorney’s voice remained firm.

“No, Young Master,” Daniel replied. “We have been following you for a long time.”

Justin closed his eyes tightly, and his heart began to pound again, but this time it was not from heartbreak or physical pain.

It was from memory.

Painful, bitter memories that he had tried so hard to bury.

“Why now?” Justin asked, his voice carrying a sharp sting of bitterness. “Why after four years?”

The attorney’s tone softened slightly, though it still held a sense of urgency.

“Your father has asked me to bring you home… at all costs.”

Justin let out a dry, humorless laugh.

“At all costs?” he repeated slowly.

Then, almost instantly, his tone changed, becoming cold and sharp.

“Where was that determination four years ago?” he asked.

For a moment, there was nothing but silence on the other end of the call.

Justin clenched his jaw tightly, his grip on the phone tightening as well.

“My father was the one who punished me,” he continued, his voice rising slightly. “Have you forgotten that?”

“I remember,” the attorney replied quietly.

Justin’s emotions surged.

“He was the one who said I was no longer his son!” he said, his voice shaking with restrained anger.

His fingers tightened even more around the phone.

“All because I chose to study computer science instead of business.”

His breathing became uneven as the memories flooded back in full force.

“He said,” Justin continued, his voice trembling, “that everything he built came from business.”

He let out a bitter laugh.

“And because of that, I had no right to choose my own path.”

The attorney did not interrupt him, allowing him to speak freely.

Justin continued.

“He told me that if I insisted on studying computer science, then I should forget I ever had a father,” he said, his eyes becoming slightly red.

“And I did exactly what I wanted,” he added. “I applied for computer science anyway.”

There was a brief silence before he continued in a quieter tone.

“And that was when he froze all my accounts.”

The familiar pain returned to his chest, tightening like a knot.

“He said if I didn’t like business, then I shouldn’t spend money made from business,” Justin went on.

His fists clenched unconsciously.

“He told me to survive using computer science.”

He let out a small, broken laugh.

“Do you even understand what that meant?” he asked.

The attorney remained silent, listening.

“It meant I had nothing,” Justin said. “No money, no support, no family.”

His voice dropped even lower.

“For four years, I lived like an orphan.”

There was a heavy silence between them for a moment before the attorney finally spoke again.

“Young Master… your father has changed.”

Justin shook his head immediately, rejecting the idea without hesitation.

“No,” he said firmly. “People like him don’t change.”

However, Daniel continued patiently, as though he had expected that reaction.

“In the past four years, your father has reflected deeply,” he explained. “He has come to understand something important.”

Justin said nothing, but his expression hardened slightly.

“He has realized that studying business is not the only path to becoming great in business,” the attorney continued.

Justin frowned faintly.

“Your father now believes that even if you studied computer science, you could still lead his empire successfully,” Daniel added.

Justin’s expression remained cold.

“He regrets his decision,” the attorney said finally.

Justin laughed again, but there was no trace of joy in the sound.

“Regret?” he repeated. “Now he regrets it?”

He shook his head slowly.

“After throwing me away for four years?”

The attorney sighed softly.

“Your father is not a man who easily admits his mistakes,” he said. “But this… this is his way of trying to make things right.”

Justin’s eyes darkened.

“No,” he said firmly. “It does not work like that.”

His voice grew stronger.

“He does not get to throw me away and then call me back as if nothing happened.”

His hand tightened around the phone once more.

“I am not coming back,” he said decisively.

Without giving the attorney a chance to respond, Justin ended the call.

Silence immediately followed.

Justin raised his free hand and pressed it against his forehead, his fingers digging into his hair as he squeezed tightly.

“Damn it…” he muttered under his breath.

Before he could gather his thoughts, the sound of approaching engines broke through the quiet of the street.

Justin slowly lifted his head.

Three luxury cars drove toward him in a smooth formation and came to a precise stop right in front of him.

His eyes narrowed slightly in confusion as he stared at the vehicles.

The one in the middle stood out immediately.

It was a Rolls-Royce.

Almost simultaneously, the doors of the cars opened, and several men dressed in black suits stepped out with disciplined, coordinated movements.

Justin remained where he was, unsure of what was happening.

Then the door of the Rolls-Royce opened.

A middle-aged man stepped out, dressed in an elegant suit, his posture straight and composed, his expression calm and professional.

Justin’s eyes widened slightly as the man began walking toward him.

“Young Master,” the man said respectfully.

Justin frowned, trying to place him.

“…You’re—”

“Yes,” the man replied with a slight bow. “Daniel Reeves. The one you just spoke to on the phone.”

Justin studied him carefully.

“So you were nearby?” he asked.

The attorney nodded without hesitation.

“We have been nearby for some time,” he admitted.

Justin’s eyes narrowed.

“What do you mean by that?” he asked.

Daniel explained calmly, “Ever since your father fell ill, he has been asking us to find you.”

Justin’s expression shifted slightly.

“Fell… ill?” he repeated.

The attorney nodded.

“And when we finally located you,” he continued, “we chose to observe from a distance.”

Justin looked confused and slightly irritated, letting out a small scoff.

“So you have been watching me struggle all this time?” he asked.

The attorney’s expression became slightly uncomfortable.

“We wanted to step in,” he admitted, “but your father insisted we wait for the right moment.”

Justin shook his head slowly.

“Unbelievable.”

Daniel’s gaze moved over Justin’s current state—his torn clothes, the dried blood on his face, the dirt covering his body—and he let out a quiet sigh.

“Look at yourself, Young Master,” he said softly.

Justin did not respond.

“Your father is the richest man in the world,” the attorney continued. “A man worth over nine hundred billion dollars.”

He then looked directly into Justin’s eyes.

“And his son is standing here like this.”

Justin’s jaw tightened.

“I do not care,” he said firmly.

Daniel stepped closer.

“You are bleeding,” he pointed out. “You were clearly beaten.”

Justin remained silent.

“A man who should be treated like a king is now wandering the streets like a homeless person,” Daniel added.

Justin’s eyes flashed.

“At least the streets did not reject me,” he said coldly.

The attorney froze slightly.

“But my father did.”

The words hung heavily in the air between them.

“I am not going back,” Justin said again, his tone sounding final.

The attorney looked at him for a long moment, as if weighing his options.

Then, without another word, he snapped his fingers.

Two men immediately stepped forward, each holding a black briefcase.

They positioned themselves in front of Justin.

Daniel gestured toward one of them.

“Open it.”

The man nodded and opened the briefcase smoothly.

Inside were neatly arranged documents.

Justin frowned, confused.

“What is this?” he asked.

Daniel reached into the case, took out the documents, and handed them to Justin.

“This,” he said calmly, “is the full ownership document of the Fletcher Group Of Companies.”

Justin’s eyes widened slightly.

“The entire company?” he asked in disbelief.

The attorney nodded.

“Your father has already signed his part,” he explained.

Justin looked down at the document in his hands, his fingers trembling slightly.

“It only requires your signature,” Daniel continued.

Justin’s heartbeat quickened.

“And the moment you sign…”

He paused briefly, allowing the weight of his words to settle.

“You will become the richest man alive.”

Justin’s breath caught in his throat.

“…What?” he whispered.

Daniel’s voice remained steady.

“Over eight hundred billion dollars will be transferred directly into your name.”

Justin’s mouth slowly fell open in shock.

His mind went completely blank as the world around him started to spin.

“You will take full control of your father’s empire,” the attorney added.

Justin stared down at the document in his hands.

Turning slightly as though addressing an invisible audience, he said sarcastically, “Listen to him. The boy I personally fired is now standing here trying to lecture me.”He stepped closer to Justin, his expression growing more aggressive as he pointed a finger directly at Justin’s chest. “Let me remind you,” he continued sharply, “I fired you. You no longer work here. You have no right to stand in this building. If you do not leave right now, I will call my boys again, and this time they will not go easy on you.”Justin lowered his gaze briefly to the finger pressing against his chest, then slowly lifted his eyes back to meet the manager’s face. “You should be careful with your words,” he said. “Because from this moment onward, you are the one who is no longer allowed to stand here.”The manager blinked in confusion, cle
