A diary
Several prison guards with very high ranks were escorting a prisoner towards the passage leading to the second basement level in section A. The lead prison guard, one of the guards, swiped open the electronic door to the passage and the crowd poured in.

Whitney was handing out meals one by one, a long hallway with symmetrical cells to the left and right. Four people in each cell, all Class A felons, and their names were even hanging on the doors. These Class A felons were all male fears, I was told, and the two northernmost corridors were the women's section.

After I agreed to work with him, he asked me a question.

Then a bolt from the blue hits his head, and his father tells his that Ellie Piskor died in the City of Ice, bones and all. The town had thrown a funeral and called his back just so he could attend it.

The first page says that the date was 16 years ago and Nola Franks was his age, both 25 years old. At that time, he was 9 years old.
