That soul was given a chance to enter a body, with some tasks. As the tasks are completed her ability increases as well, but with a condition, that she can enter only one body and only with the host's permission, waiting for her perfect host for two years, she had been searching for the right one and got that in Eva, who is a doctor in the same hospital.

Eva, a carefree bird, the worst doctor ever, entered that hospital only to get the degree and become a host of that vengeful soul on some conditions.
