He stopped in his tracks and faced her. “Home.”

The word was out his mouth before he realized he had just described her house as his home but he didn’t take it back either.

“We’re not going home yet.”

“Why not?” Quite frankly, he had had enough of Kresha for one day and was ready to get out.
