Chapter Twenty seven
"Come on, let's get to class." Raina nudged Marco from his thoughts.

Marco shrugged and followed Raina as she walked away, he shook his head and gathered his thoughts. He cleared his head and walked into class.

Marco sat at his desk, his mind wandering far from the classroom. He felt a restlessness stirring within him, a longing for something more than the monotony of his daily routine.

The need to switch it up was coming and all Marco could do was embrace the changes when they come.

The teacher's voice became a distant hum, barely registering in Marco's mind as he focused on his thoughts.

The teacher was making noise about some war that happened back in the day. Marco didn't want any part of whatever war, he didn't even like violence.

As Raina scribbled notes in her notebook beside him, he stared at her, she appeared to be paying attention to the teacher.

Each time he thought about who his person was, the one person he could talk to freely or would take the person's advice.
