Chapter 6

The Omni palace.

Zeno and Daishinkan's home.

Today was rather a busy day for the short, blue skinned, male. Daishinkan's violet gaze fell on the stack of papers before him. He was currently filling in the paperwork about the tournament the two destroyers, Lord Beerus and Lord Champa had. Daishinkan wanted to scold his two children that are the attendants of those two universes but he can't blame Whis and Vados. The twin destroyers are something else. Speaking of twins. Daishinkan received a call from Gowasu earlier, telling him that Akila has her memories back. Grand Minister was happy that his daughter is back. Zenio payed a visit this morning too. The events of this morning caused Daishinkan's schedule to be thrown out of balance. There was a lot of work around the Omni palace that has to be finished.

Daishinkan let the pen fall on top of the pages. He leaned back on his seat, sighing. His hand ran through his soft, white hair. Doing all this work alone was tiring. Suddenly he heard the door of his office opened. The male looked up from his desk to see a sleepy Zeno. The child like being was rubbing the sleep from his right eye. "Daishi, are you still busy?" The Omni king asked, yawning. "No, your majesty. I just finished the last file." He answered the Omni king. Zeno nodded his small head. "Okay. I'm hungry." He said. Daishinkan smiled at the being shorter than him. "Of course, sire. I'll start making lunch this instant." He said and stood up. He gathered the loose papers and put them neatly into his drawer. He walked out of the office with the still sleepy Zeno following him.

Daishinkan hasn't noticed it has gotten so late. He's been so busy lately that he hasn't even had time for himself or to see his children. Some might think his job is easy but it's NOT. The male sighed when he realized that the 11th universe has not sent in their mortal rate percentage yet. He'll have to talk to Khai. He made a mental note as he decided to make something quick. He grabbed a loaf of bread, butter and cheese.Daishinkan made toasted cheese.

Zeno happily munched on the toast as Daishinkan checked his messages on his God-pad. Khai has sent him a message. His violet eyes scanned the message. Daishinkan knew he didn't do his work and he's probably rushing his work now. There was also an unknown message. This surprised the Grand Minister.

He read the message:

'I like the looks of your prize. Maybe I'll take it. Watch your back Daishinkan, your prize will be. mine.'

Daishinkan furrowed his brows in confusion. What do they mean by 'prize'? Daishinkan didn't like this one bit. What could this mean. He couldn't track the number. Zeno looked at him, confused. "What's the matter Daishi?" He asked in his adorable child-like voice. Daishinkan shook his head. "It's nothing your majesty." He replied, dematerializing his God-pad. "Okay. If you say so." The Omni king believed his lie. Daishinkan signaled the Omni king's personal guards aside. They listen to him and Daishinkan spoke to the two so that the Omni king could not hear them. "I have to drop by a universe. Watch Zeno until I get back." He told the two. They nodded their heads. Daishinkan left the kitchen. "I have to check on something. I'll be back soon." The short male said as he finally existed the Omni palace. Infront of the palace was a sircle of stones with the universes on top of them. More like the universe orbs that represent each universe. Daishinkan touched the stone of the universe he wanted to go to. A purple portal opened. He stepped through and appeared in the space of his chosen universe.

Grand Minister hid his presence so that he didn't alert the deities of this universe. He flew towards the planet he senced his energy at. Daishinkan landed in a forest area. He transformed into his more human like form. The mortal he was looking for is well acquainted with the Angel guid.

The short male walked towards a small town and entered a bar. People gave him weird glances. He knew it was because of his height. His sharp violet eyes scanned the room. His eyes met red ones. Bingo! Daishinkan thought as he made his way toward a tall male in the back of the room. The red eyed male kept his gaze on Daishinkan. His eyes remained him of someone he know. The red eyes person though as he kept his eyes on the violet eyed male. Daishinkan sat infront of the taller male. "Greetings, Hit." Daishinkan greeted the purple male in a monotone voice. Hit was surprised that this unknown male knew his name. "You can call me Daishinkan." Daishinkan said, smiling at Hit.

Hit couldn't explain it but he felt like Daishinkan is someone not to take lightly. His aura felt powerful. "With what can I help you?" Hit asked Daishinkan carefully. In a blink of an eye, a tablet was placed infront of him. "I need you to track that number for me. See what you can find out." Daishinkan spoke. Hit took a look at the number. Hit nodded his head. He knew a few links that could be of assistance. "I'll be able to have an answer in a few days." Hit said, confident in his work. "Alright. Thank you for your time Hit." Daishinkan bowed his head to the assassins. Daishinkan might know a lot but he is no hacker.

Daishinkan noticed a familiar energy too late. "Umm... Father, what are you doing here?" His beloved daughter, Vados asked him as she came to a stop infront of the two males. Daishinkan played it calm. "I came to handle business Vados. Have a problem with me coming to the 6th universe?" Daishinkan asked, giving his younger daughter a side glare. "Not at all. Just let me know next time when you decide to visit." The female said, quickly. Afraid of her father's cold glared. Hit realized that this is the Grand Minister. Vados has told him about her father. "I'll be on my way. You should be too." Daishinkan said, giving them a smile but he glanced at Vados. Vados nodded her head. She was annoyed and looked to her right, puffing up her cheeks.

Daishinkan stood up and turned to leave. "I'll meet you next week. Don't worry. I'll be able to find you." Daishinkan informed the legendary assassin of the 6th universe. Daishinkan said with his back turned to Hit. He gave Hit a glance over his shoulder. Hit shivered at the sight of his glowing, icy violet eyes. Hit gave him a nod. Daishinkan then walked with Vados following behind him. She needed to ask him something.

As soon as the two left the bar, Daishinkan turned to Vados, waiting for her to speak. "Why did you lie to us?" She asked. Daishinkan pretended not to know. There's a lot he's hiding from his children. "What are you talking about?" He asked with a poker face. "You know exactly. Why haven't you told us there's other guids?" The tall, blue skinned, female asked confused. Daishinkan sighed. "I didn't want to involve you. Kusu, Korn and Akila were already involved back then and I didn't want the rest of you to be involved with this war." The male said. He looked straight into her eyes, giving her the idea that he thinks what he did was right. "Be patient, Vados." Daishinkan said calmly. "Now. I'll return to the Omni place. You should go back to Champa's world. Farewell." Daishinkan said and teleported off. Vados was left standing there, annoyed that her father still bosses her around. Well, technically he is her boss.

Daishinkan returned to the palace. At the same time guests also arrived. He patiently waited for them infront of the palace doors. The two tall figures of his beloved children appeared.

"Greetings Korn and Akila." The short white haired male smiled at his two said children. "Greetings father." The two bowed. Korn looked exactly like their father, only a lot taller and Akila, being Korn's twin, also resembles their father's features. Daishinkan lead the two inside. They walked to the back yard. Flowers from every universe grew here. They sat down on the garden benches. "Korn. There are some things that you should know." Daishinkan said calmly as ever. Korn's violet gaze fell on his father's gaze. "You have noticed Akila is not the same anymore." Daishinkan said and Korn nodded his head. He knew she's not the same anymore. "When the other universes were erased. Akila was supposed to be erased with them, causing you to be erased as well." Grand Minister explained. He treid to keep his voice stable. Losing his children is still an open wound to him. He cleared his throat. "To save her. Zenio gave her Omni powers to avoid being erased. She is half Omni and that makes her Zeno's half sister." Daishinkan explained. Korn was stunned. He didn't think his twin will chang that much. "But that will mean she'll never be allowed to be an attendant again!" Korn argued. Akila sat calmly, waiting for her twin to calm down. She already knew this since she trained with Zenio and Zelda. "Korn, that was never my destiny." Akila spoke up with as much authority as their father. Korn stayed quiet. "Zenio told me that father will need help at the Omni palace. It's a lot of work for just one person." The female continued. Korn nodded his head in understanding. Korn's gaze traveled up to the sky. His violet gaze shot down to his staff that was resting next to him. Lord Liquiir is awake. He noticed. "I'll have to leave now. Lord Liquiir is looking for me." Korn said in his usual monotone, attendant voice. Akila and Daishinkan nodded their heads at him and Akila smiled at her twin. "Until next time, my brother." Akila said goodbye to Korn. Korn said his farewell and left.

Daishinkan turned to his daughter. "I never thought that my twins will be the strongest of my children." The short male said, running his hand through his hair. "You thought we will be the weakest but we proved to be stronger." Akila said smiling. "I don't blame you father. I know your fatherly instinct wanted to protect me and Korn because we are each other's weakness." Akila said to her father. The short Angel looked up at his daughter. His violet eyes meeting her violet eyes. "I've missed you so much, my daughter." Daishinkan blinked the tears from his eyes as he hugged her. She started tearing up too and hugged her father back. A third joined the hug and they pulled away to meet Zeno. "Welcome home, sister." The extremely short, childlike Omni king, smiled to her. Akila smiled back at him. "I'm glad to be back, brother."

[Few days later]

"Akila Zara Angelus, huh." Daishinkan said in though as he came to stand infront of the said woman that was currently busy with paperwork. She looked up at him. "Who told you my second name?" She asked him suspiciously, narrowing her violet eyes at him. Daishinkan grinned at her. "For me to know and for you to find out." He sang, still grinning. An irik mark appeared on Akila's head. "ZENIO!!!!!!!" The now angry 2nd Grand Minister yelled. A moment of silence fell between the father and daughter duo. "You called?" Came the ancient, wise and deep voice of Zenio. He narrowly dodged a flying pen that was aimed for his head when he bowed. "Dad, how could you tell father my second name!!!" Akila whined. Both, Zenio and Daishinkan smiled at her. She rolled her eyes at them. "You two only wants to mess with me." She said and crossed her arms infront of her chest. The three had a stare down. Akila had to admit, seeing her father smile happily again made her happy. "Akilaaaaa!" Zeno's child-like voice came from another room. Akila walked past the two older men to the door. She quickly shot two small ki blasts at them and ran for her half brother. This evolved into a fun game for the four beings at the Omni palace.

Like all good things. It had to come to an end and the brewing storm comes closer.
