Laura stare at her daughter for a while before she finally asked. “Eve dear, is something going on between you and your husband, you seem to have your doubt?”

“I… I… Mom let's just forget about this” She waves it off although she still looked very nervous.

“Fine! You should be careful with whatever you are doing and if you have even an ounce of doubt regarding Isaac, then I advise you to call off the marriage, you are a pretty young lady, there are more suitable men for you out there”

“You do not understand Mom, I love Zik so much that I feel like I won't be able to breath without him”

“Then what is this about, is he cheating on you?” Laura asked and she was hesitant for a while. “Someone wants me to believe that he has a family elsewhere, I can't guess if it is true or not, but mom I can't live without Zik and do not know what will happen if he decides to leave me” She cried out as she held out to Laura's hands and squeeze softly.
