Abel Scott, now in a blue janitor uniform. The wheels of the mop bucket squealed as he pushed it down the hallway.

“Look, it's the new janitor,” a brunette with the name tag Francisca said.

Her red lipstick stood out against her pale skin. She had the aura of a person who looked down on low status workers due to her stalled career.

“Did they hire you to clean up your mess after that horrendous interview?” Francisca asked.

“I am just doing my job. Ma” Abel Scott kept his eyes on the floor, slightly gripping the mop handle.

“Ma?” Francisca scoffed, nudging Amelia. “He is too polite for a floor scrubber.” she laughed.

“Who's there?” the first man barked again. His voice echoed through the silent hallway. Abel Scott pushed the mop aside and slipped into a nearby supply closet gently shutting the door. He held his breath but the scent of bleach and damp rag filled his lungs. Through the narrow slit in the door he saw the shadows of the men searching for any sign of an intruder“Did you hear that?” the man with the Vandel insignia barked, his shoe scraping the marble floor. “There is someone else here.”“It is probably the janitor.” The second man said, his voice dripping with irritation. “Let's check the other office and get out of here. Lord Ammon Vandel is waiting for our report on the grave.”One of the men stopped in front of the supply closet. Abel Scott’s breath caught. His heartbeat thundering in his ears. After trudging through many office doors in the hallway, the men retreated. “What a sheer waste of time.” one of the men muttered as they walked into the elevator. “My God!” Abel Scott

His fingers slightly shaking as he smoothened the paper. He slid the paper to Mr Jackson.“Look!” Abel said pointing at a picture of a coin.“This looks like a map.” Mr Jackson said, carefully studying the paper. “Read what it say below the coin.” Abel Scott requested.“The coin is the key to the Scott family gold reserves.
