She glanced over her shoulder at a few other wealthy women browsing the boutique, tilting her chin up high to look down on them with supreme arrogance.

The boutique manager bowed deeply toward Julian, rubbing his hands together. "Young Master Vance, your generosity is legendary. This specific piece was imported from Europe just this morning. Shall I wrap it up for the beautiful young lady?"

"Do it," Julian said proudly, sliding his premium platinum credit card onto the glass counter. "Swipe it. Let the world know who actually owns the wealth in this district."

But right as the manager's fingers brushed against the platinum card...

[Ding-Dong]

The mall’s central intercom system chimed with a deafening ring, echoing loudly through every single luxury storefront, crowded hallway and elite boutique.

At that exact same moment, a massive, three-story-tall digital billboards hanging in the center of the plaza’s grand atrium blinked violently.

The flashing luxury advertisements for Rolex and Chanel suddenly vanished, replaced by a giant, glowing crimson corporate announcement that filled every screen in the building.

Every single shopper and employee in the plaza stopped what they were doing and looked up in confusion.

The automated intercom voice was incredibly loud, professional and deadpan:

"Attention all patrons, tenants and staff of Central Luxury Plaza. As of three minutes ago, the corporate entity controlling this facility has finalized a total transfer of ownership. One hundred percent of the plaza's shares have been legally acquired by a private investor for the of eighty million dollars."

Julian froze, his hand remain suspended in the air. He stared out the glass boutique doors at the giant billboard across the atrium.

"What?" Julian muttered, his eyes narrowing in sheer disbelief. "Someone bought the entire plaza? Who the hell has eighty million dollars in cash just sitting around on a random Tuesday afternoon?"

The intercom voice continued, dropping a bomb that shook the very foundations of the building:

"Please welcome our new Chairman and absolute sole owner... Chairman Caleb."

A giant, crystal-clear, high-definition photograph instantly flashed onto every single digital billboard across the entire mall.

Chloe looked at the screen and the air immediately left her lungs. Her eyes widened so far they looked like they would pop out of her skull. Her body completely turned to ice.

Standing on the giant screens was a man wearing a flawless, dark custom-tailored Italian suit.

His jawline was sharp as a razor, his shoulders were incredibly broad and his eyes radiated a cold, dominant and terrifying power.

He didn't look like a worker anymore. He looked like an absolute god of wealth.

"No..." Chloe whispered, her voice completely cracking as a wave of terror washed over her. "No, no, no... that's impossible! That can't be him!"

Julian stared at the screen, his mouth falling wide open as his face drained of all color. "Caleb?! The factory rat?! How... how does he look like that?! That's a completely different person! It's a trick!"

It was undeniably Caleb... but thanks to the Peak Human Physique reward from the system, his physical appearance was completely flawless, while his cold, piercing, vengeful eyes were unmistakable.

Before the massive crowds in the mall could even begin to process the absolute shock, the intercom chimed a second time.

This time, Caleb's actual voice echoed through the speakers. It was deep and smooth, filled with supreme and terrifying authority.

"This is Chairman Caleb," his voice boomed through the plaza, commanding the attention of thousands. "I have only one immediate corporate directive for my new security team."

The entire multi-level mall went dead silent. Nobody dared to breathe.

"A permanent, lifetime ban is now actively enforced against Chloe Miller, Julian Vance and their entire immediate families. They are permanently banned from Central Luxury Plaza and every single commercial property under my corporate building. Effective immediately."

[PING!]

[Spending validated by System!]

Inside the diamond boutique, the manager's warm face completely changed. He looked down at Julian’s platinum card on the counter like it was a piece of cheap plastic trash... then quickly snatched his hands away, pulling the diamond necklace back into the safe.

"Young Master Vance... Miss Chloe..." the manager said, his tone instantly turning freezing cold and utterly distant. "I am afraid I must cancel this transaction. In fact, you need to step away from the counter and leave the premises immediately."

Chloe’s face turned from pale to bright red with shame. She felt like she had been stripped naked in front of high society. "What?! Do you know who we are?! We are VIP customers! How dare you talk to us like that!"

"You are no longer customers here," a deep, booming voice replied from the store entrance.

[Thud Thud Thud]

A heavy squad of ten stone-faced, heavily armed security guards stepped into the boutique.

They wore elite black tactical uniforms, and their eyes were completely merciless. They surrounded Julian and Chloe instantly, cutting off all paths to the exit.

Julian’s face turned a violent shade of crimson with pure, unbridled fury. He stepped forward, pointing his finger directly into the lead guard's face.

"Get your filthy, low-class hands away from me!" Julian roared, his voice cracking under the weight of his rage. "Do you know who my father is?! I am the sole heir to the Vance Group! If you so much as touch my suit, I will have your entire security firm blacklisted, fired and ruined by sunset!"

The lead guard didn't even blink. He reached out with lightning speed, grab Julian by his expensive silk tie and jerk him forward until they were eye-to-eye.

"We don't care who your father is, little boy," the guard said with a cold, mocking smirk. "We only report to Chairman Caleb. And the Chairman explicitly said to throw you trash out."

"Let go of him!" Chloe screamed like a lunatic, her carefully manicured, high-society image completely shattering into jagged pieces. "You are just mindless thugs! How dare you treat us like common criminals!"

Another guard grabbed Chloe forcefully by her upper arm, locking her in place. "Move your feet, lady. Don't make us carry you."

Without another word, the guards forcefully marched the screaming, struggling couple out of the boutique and straight into the main, wide hallway of the mall.

Thousands of wealthy shoppers were standing along the glass railings across all three levels, staring down at them with intense curiosity.

People immediately pulled out their smartphones, snapping high-resolution photos and recording videos of the famous billionaire heir being dragged through the dirt.

"Look at them! Isn't that the arrogant Julian Vance?"
