Effect: The entire localized surroundings will violently shake, releasing powerful, cascading kinetic shockwaves that disrupt enemy balance, collapse armor integrity, or even bury low-tier opponents completely alive within the shifting dirt. A truly deadly skill capable of bringing total environmental destruction.

Earth Wall [Ultimate Defensive Skill — Level 1]

Mana Cost: High Terrestrial Energy

Description: The user swiftly slams both palms directly onto the ground, drawing up a massive, high-density wall of reinforced bedrock to serve as an instantaneous shield.

Effect: Creates a massive rocky barrier that can momentarily protect the user from incoming physical or high-tier magical attacks. Note: If the incoming physical or magical attack damage values far surpass the structural integrity threshold of the wall, it will be pulverized to pieces. For example, if a high-grade, concentrated water calamity attack slams into your rocky walls, the barrier will either be completely overwhelmed or shattered into dust.

Vortex closed the skill descriptions, a confident, predatory smirk completely replacing his anxious thoughts. He looked up at the A-Rank dark serpent, which had just noticed that its prey had retreated to the rear, leaving a single, silver-armored hybrid standing completely alone in the center of the valley.

The serpent let out a deafening, venomous hiss, its massive torso coiling tightly as it prepared to launch forward and swallow him whole.

"Twenty times stat multiplier... plus a complete terrain control kit," Vortex whispered, his fingers curling into claws as a brilliant, deep-brown earthen aura began to crackle alongside Zillow's crimson embers around his heavy boots.

He took a low, athletic stance, his eyes locking onto the monster's trajectory.

"Alright, you oversized worm," the gamer growled, his voice vibrating with absolute tactical dominance. "Let's see how well you can move when I rewrite the literal ground beneath your feet."

The Sovereign’s Stride

EXTENDED EARTH MANIPULATION SYSTEM INTERFACEEarth Manipulation [Passive/Active Mastery — Level 1]: Grants the absolute authority to manipulate the physical structure of the localized soil, rock, and earth. When toggled, the user can dynamically shift terrains, open subterranean fissures, or harden base elements to severely injure opponents and manipulate tactical angles. Note: Absolute replication is restricted; the system cannot manifest artificial elements not native to the immediate tectonic plane.

Rock Golem [Sovereign Summoning Skill — Level 1]: The user slams their hands together, infusing high-density terrestrial mana into the surrounding bedrock to construct up to ten (10) massive, autonomous Rock Golems to serve as a frontline vanguard. System Guarantee: These entities are bound to your soul, ensuring they will remain fiercely loyal to you forever.

Vortex grinned, a sharp, predatory expression breaking across his face. Not only had he been explicitly chosen as the ultimate vessel of Zillow’s primordial fire, but the mechanical system had successfully forced open the lock on his dual lineage, awakening his hidden potentials in a spectacular explosion of attribute multipliers.‘

Hahaha! This battle is going to be absolutely legendary,’ he thought, his blood buzzing with an addictive rush of adrenaline. He didn't hesitate for a single second.

With his newly multiplied level and twenty-times attribute boost anchoring his limbs, he began walking with slow, rhythmic steps directly toward the path of the giant, thrashing dark serpent. Faint, dark-brown tectonic ripples vibrated outward from beneath the soles of his heavy boots with every step he took, cracking the mud like dry glass.

"What in the world?! He's actually approaching the serpent alone!" a scarred dragon warrior gasped from the rear lines, his vertical pupils slitting in sheer shock as he watched the silver-armored figure advance."Is he intentionally calling an early death upon himself?" another dragon-kin soldier muttered, gripping his broken spear tighter.

"That beast just pulverized our entire heavy armor division!"

"Tch! I just hope he somehow survives the first exchange," a veteran archer hissed, wiping a mixture of sweat and ash from his brow.

"Survive? Tch, don't be an absolute fool," another cynical soldier snorted, shaking his head with a heavy scowl. "Even when we fought alongside him in a full vanguard formation, we couldn't even scratch that monster's skin. What can a king do alone?"Normally, across the vast territorial expanses of the kingdom, the original owner of this body—Lazizi Vortex—was universally known as an absolute weakling.

Everyone from the lowest street peasant to the highest-ranking general knew his mechanical limitations. He was an extreme anomaly in a warrior culture; as a king, instead of him stepping up to valiantly protect his subjects, his subjects were always forced to throw their bodies into the meat grinder to protect him.In the first place, if the multiple elite clans of the dragon-kin hadn't formally pledged their eternal bloodline loyalty to his specific lineage, they would have abandoned his sovereign banner ages ago to seek fortunes elsewhere. If you have been wandering deeply why a proud, power-oriented martial race decided to pledge their absolute loyalty to such an incompetent ruler in the first place, the answer was remarkably simple.

It was all because of his mother, the late Queen Celra. She was an exceptionally kind, deeply humble human queen who possessed a rare, profound connection to the earth's natural mana.

Throughout her long, peaceful reign alongside the late Dragon Lord, she never looked down on the common masses. She spent decades organizing massive state handouts, building infrastructure, and giving free survival giveaways to the poorest populations of the kingdom.

Her boundless generosity and protective grace made the low-tier masses respect and revere her name even more than the Dragon Lord himself. So, when the tragic day arrived that a true heir needed to be formally selected from the royal offspring, the overwhelming demographic of the low masses instantly chose Vortex to honor his mother's memory, while the aristocratic high-nobles chose his various aggressive, war-mongering brothers.

Now, that same young king calmly walked directly toward the gargantuan, A-rank dark serpent. His face was an ice-cold mask of absolute serenity, a calm expression that thoroughly baffled every single surviving soldier in the valley because they all thought they knew his exact capabilities

."What? He's walking completely calmly even when a violent death is knocking right at his front door," a young swordsman whispered, his eyes wide as the surrounding troops nodded in synchronized disbelief.

"Well, that’s just how he always does things," another veteran commented bitterly, spitting into the mud.

"Reckless, arrogant, and entirely detached from the reality of the battlefield."

"Wait, guys! Shut up and look! The serpent has officially sighted him!" an archer screamed, cold sweat breaking out across his forehead as the titanic snake froze its rampage, its massive head pivoting with a low, menacing hiss.

"He's already a goner," a cynical vanguard soldier sneered. The group around him nodded in agreement, letting out low, mocking chuckles as they prepared to watch their ruler get turned into paste.

Meanwhile, back at the command perimeter, the red-haired Knight Captain in golden armor was fighting a devastating internal battle. Her core attributes were wound up like a tight spring. If she didn't aggressively hold herself back right now, her instincts would override her training; she would either rush blindly into the blast zone to save her foolish lord, or turn around and teach those mocking dragon warriors a brutal lesson in imperial military discipline.

The moment that last cynical comment reached her ears, her draconic blood began to boil with explosive rage.

WHOOSH!!!!

A violent, localized gale of wind began to swirl rapidly around the golden armor of the captain as she forcefully unleashed the full weight of her martial aura. The air pressure dropped instantly, kicking up loose gravel and snapping the banners behind her.The soldiers who had been casually talking and laughing all stuffed their words down their throats, their jaws locking shut as they felt the terrifying, heavy power of an elite captain pressing against their chests.

"You all should keep your pathetic mouths completely quiet," the captain growled, her voice a dangerous, low hiss as she turned her burning crimson eyes toward the gathered warriors."Such shameless, arrogant fools," she spat, her tail snapping through the air like a whip.

"Thinking you're incredibly strong just because you can talk big from the safety of the rear lines? Pathetic. You all are nothing but weaklings yourself. Instead of having an ounce of faith in our sovereign lord during a national crisis, you all stand here doubting his absolute power!"

After she finished aggressively chastising the vanguard, the rowdy atmosphere became completely settled and quiet. Yet, even though the dragon captain knew the mechanical realities of their world—knowing how extraordinarily hard it was for a lone C-rank hybrid to defeat an A-rank mythical calamity—she could only hold her breath and desperately hope that something miraculous was about to happen

.A heavy, absolute silence descended across the ranks as the dragon captain's speech ended. Some of the soldiers lowered their heads, feeling a trace of shame, but the vast majority still harbored a deep, unyielding skepticism.

To them, this was still the weakest person—and by far the most incompetent ruler—in modern existence. He was a tyrant who, despite being respected out of historical obligation, had continuously increased the local agricultural taxes and used the magical power of the high-ranking noble clans purely to fund his own private advantages. His baseline weakness and sheer tactical stupidity were known by every citizen, and many families had suffered immensely under his brief, clumsy reign.

Yet now, against all logical parameters, he was standing directly before them, preparing to battle a mythical machine of destruction entirely alone. People still wondered internally if he was simply feeling an injection of hollow pride, or if he was just acting out the final, stupidest mistake of his life.Though, despite the historical bitterness, a few of the lower-class conscripts began to feel a strange spark of genuine hope.

The sheer, radiating aura of confidence pouring off Vortex’s moving silhouette was unlike anything they had witnessed from the old king. It was an undeniable, heavy presence that commanded attention. The soldiers glanced at each other, watching his silver boots crunch over the broken shields as he made his steady way toward the mythical creature. Some shook their heads in silent mourning, while others stood completely motionless, paralyzed by the sheer anticipation of the encounter.

The red-haired captain turned her gaze back to Vortex, her fingers twitching against her hilt. A massive part of her soul wanted to desperately sprint into the dirt and fight by his side until her armor shattered, but she had been given a sharp, definitive command to stay at the rear. She could not break fealty.Sooner or later, the true battle would begin. And judging by the immense kinetic mana building up beneath the valley floor, it would be absolutely epic.

Right now, the entire atmosphere of the field was eerily calm, hanging in a fragile, suspended balance. But as the giant black serpent bared its magma-dripping fangs and launched its massive torso forward, everyone knew that everything was about to change in the single blink of an eye.

  • The protocol of panic

The Protocol of PanicThe grand council chamber of the castle was a room specifically designed to project absolute imperial majesty, unyielding political authority, and the heavy, structural permanence of a sovereign state. Massive arches of dark, polished obsidian stone vaulted toward a high ceiling painted with the intricate, golden constellations of the ancient Dragon Dynasty. Down the center of the room stretched a long table carved from a single piece of petrified weirwood, surrounded by high-backed velvet chairs meant for the kingdom's highest officials, generals, and elder mages.Currently, however, the atmosphere inside this majestic room resembled less of an imperial assembly and more of a high-stress quarantine zone.Seven of the kingdom's most prominent council elders were gathered at the far end of the petrified wood table, their bodies huddled together so tightly they looked like a cluster of startled penguins trying to survive an arctic blizzard. Their faces were varying

The Legacy of the Fallen SkyThe training room of the dragon Castle returned to focus, the ancient stone walls solidifying around Vortex's current, Rank B form. The memories of the Floating Islands didn't fade this time; they settled neatly into his mind, aligning perfectly with Leo’s modern consciousness. The puzzle was complete. He finally understood the dual nature of his existence. He wasn't just a modern soul playing a survival game, nor was he just a reckless prince who lost his home. He was both.He understood now why the system had branded him with such contradictory titles. A King Who Does Things Without Reasoning wasn't an insult from the universal engine; it was a literal description of his core trait. He was a being who operated entirely on an instinctive, high-stakes moral code that completely defied standard logic, financial planning, or military strategy.A sudden, sharp notification pinged across his vision, the translucent blue interface flashing into existence with a

The Sky-Pier DescentThe integration didn't stop with lighthearted childhood antics. As Vortex sat on the stone floor of the training room, his breathing slowing down, a secondary, far more intense memory rose from the depths of his newly awakened consciousness. The environment around him seemed to dissolve once more, replaced by the grand, sweeping vistas of the outer docks of the Draconic Island—the Sky-Pier.This was the day the title of The Chosen One had first sown its early, tragic seeds within his fate. The sky that afternoon had been a brilliant, dangerous shade of azure, filled with unpredictable wind-vortices that migrated from the lower realms. These vortices were violent, localized tornadoes of chaotic mana that could tear a lesser airship into splinters if the captain wasn't careful. The royal family had issued a strict shelter mandate for the entire floating sector, grounding all vessels and ordering the civilian populace to retreat into the reinforced inner citadels.Nat

Vortex stood perfectly still in the center of the room. The towel thrown over his sweat-glittering shoulders felt coarse against his skin, a minor physical irritant compared to the massive, internal shifting occurring within the deepest chambers of his mind.He looked down at his right hand. He clenched it into a tight fist, watching the faint, translucent golden scales along his knuckles ripple and flex with a metallic gleam under the flickering torchlight."Vortex..." he whispered the name out loud, testing the syllables against his teeth. But he wasn't just Vortex. Not anymore. Beneath the surface of this newly forged Rank B hybrid shell lay the memories, the sharp analytical mind, and the distinct soul of Leo—a modern man who had lived, died, and subs

Instead of reviewing troop rotations, monitoring border skirmishes, or checking logistics manifests, she was currently staring blankly out her high window, her chin resting in her hand. The royal guards outside her door were acting completely insane.Every single time she stepped into the stone corridor, seasoned vanguard knights—men who had faced down rabid orcs and localized demon incursions without blinking—suddenly slammed themselves against the walls, dropped their heads, and muttered terrified greetings. Earlier that morning, Captain Boros had practically leaped over a marble banister, risking a broken ankle, just to avoid walking down the same staircase as her."What in the world is wrong with everyone today?" Her arms were tightly crossed, and a vein in her forehead pulsed with a violent intensity that threatened to snap her spectacles. She had spent the entire night deploying scout units, riding horseback through the muddy border gates, and screaming at tracking dogs that couldn't find a single trace of him.
