Chapter 3

"Son Trixie was calling you through your phone why didn't you answer it?" Blake was suddenly startled and woke up by his mom's sudden words, when he got up he started looking around, wondering how he got there. 'how did I come here? did I still at the street earlier?'

"Son!" His mom suddenly shouted causing him to came back to his right sense.

"I'm sorry mom, I was thinking something," he said, before looking at his bedside table to pick up his cellphone.

Upon receiving it, the call was immediately answered.

"Babe," he heard on the other line.

"Babe, you're not mad anymore?" He asked. With sleepy voice but he was in the right mood because he knew Trixie was not mad already.

"No, let's watch a movie after class ok," she said through her sweet voice. Blake couldn't help but to smile.

"Hmm ok I flech you tommorow," he said walking around the room. He was getting his clothes from his closet.

"Okay, that's all I'll say babe, bye," he didn't expect if Trixie would say I love you because she hasn't done that since they were together. Sometimes it makes him think that the relationship they have is very cold but it's fine with him thinking that it's a maturity in a relationship. 'tss who am I fooling at??'

When the call ended, he quickly got himself ready before leaving the room. He walked down the stairs and found his mom in the kitchen, cooking their food for breakfast.

Blake quickly approached her.

"Mom, what are you cooking?" Getting attention from his mom. She immediately turned to him and smiled at him.

"I think you should better to learn how to make friend from other, other people will think you're rude," she said, he just sighed before sitting down on the chair facing the table as his mother kept saying this. He know her mom really want him to be friendly but he can't help it, he only want to be friend to a few people nit to evryone.

"Mom, I alresdy have friend," he said, his mother gently placed the food on the table after which she sat in front of him.

"Suit yourself, I bet someone will make you friendly when the time comes?" She joked, Blake didn't answer her because the image of the woman who always ruined his thoughts suddenly appeared. 'why am I thinking of her again?'

"By the way son, did you drop this? I saw it in the living room," asked mom, showing a simple ring on her hand, his eyes widened as he took it from her palm and looked at it.

"Alright keep eating," she said, but Blake stood up violently causing his mom to look at him.

"Why are you standing up? You haven't finished eating, have you?" he asked, but Blake just looked at him intently and nodded.

"I'm sorry I want to go back to my room ma, goodnight," he said. He didn't wait for what his parents might say so he quickly walked up to the room.

When he closed the door he quickly sat on the bed, after that he stared at the ring dumbfounded. At first he thought it was simple but when Blake looked at it something strange was wrapped around the ring. In front of it there was a long rose surrounded by a snake, it looked horrible for Blake to see because there were also skulls engraved there, it was just a simple silver ring without any color, when Blake looked at what was underneath it shriveled seeing a name engraved on it.

"She's out of her mind why she gave me her ring!" Blake said confused, you stared at it for an hour until you decided to just hide it. When he hid it in the drawer, he felt the tiredness he had just now felt. After thinking about how he got to his house, he immediately fell asleep. But his mind still in mess, the current memory with the girl keep flashing in his mind like a dvd player.

"Where did you come from Atarah?" called a woman who was not far from where Atarah was sitting, she immediately came over and sat down there.

"What happened? Did you give the ring to the man you like?" She asked, but suddenly she laughed out loud like she was teasing her.

"Shut up, one more tease I'll really melt your tongue," Atarah said emphatically but she still didn't face her friend.

"What happened?" She asked, now she was asking seriously.

"He doesn't want to accept your ring," she said, with no emotion on her face.

"Your sister told you not to go there again, that's what you got, and then what did you do to him?" She asked, this time Atarah turned around with a horrible grin on her face.

"Nothing, but tomorrow there will be...." She said. Her friend shook her head slightly.

"That's what you're going to do? I forgot that the Atarah I know is horrible when she's angry," he said. Atarah couldn't stop laughing even though it didn't seem like a compliment to her.

"What are you planning?" he asked suddenly.

"I can lock him here to give him punishment," she said because of what she said her friend stood up slightly.

"Are you already disgraced? Are you going to lock him up here? What did he do? Isn't that too much Atarah, he just didn't accept what you wanted to give him!" Her friend shouted, only to receive a glare from Atarah before she spoke.

"You made a mistake, that's not the only thing he did! If you object I can't do anything to silence you," she said coldly, his friend slowly returned to his seat before speaking.

"It's up to you, if I really want to punish that man, the decision is still up to you, but I'm warning you, Atarah, if the queen finds out, we'll both be responsible," dhe said, but Atarah didn't care, instead she just grinned.

"Don't worry, she'll never find out..."

                                      —

Blake woke up early, he was just looking straight while arranging all his things in his bag, he didn't even get to eat.

He said goodbye very early but while walking to an alley he saw a woman whose face he couldn't see in the distance. On the other side of the road there are houses while on the opposite side it is full of woods because that village is not yet finished because it is newly built.

He walked closer to it because he was worried that maybe he didn't think he had to go in anymore. As he walked closer, he also felt dizzy for an unknown reason, after taking a few steps, he became dizzy and lost consciousness.

A woman approached Blake's body lying on the grass, the woman approached it while holding her arm.

She led him until they were get in a cave, it was just a narrow cave and had a boundary but when they were at the bottom of the part, the girl hooked her crochet hook on her waist at the same time he cut her palm. It started to bleed and that's when she put her hand on the wall. Dazzling Lilac color can be seen until the padel looks like a thick smoke and that's the limit.

In a forested area where the trees grow and there is a wide space where there is a path, the flowers are only one color and it is black, if the outsider says that the place is scary because of the flower but in that place it is the one who reveals who they really are, in another place everything around is clear all the things that can be seen are twice the size of what in the real world, even the flowers and animals are not in a normal size, they're bigger.

"Is that him Atarah," asked the woman who appeared after they got out of a huge tree.

"Yes Davina," she simply answered. Davina immediately walked to where they were sitting and looked at Blake's face.

"His face is so gentle, are you sure he has a bad attitude?" She asked after looking at it. Atarah, who was currently staring at Blake's face, looked at her.

"I don't know," she just said because she was hoping that maybe she just made a mistake and it was just a coincidence that they saw each other last time.

"Did you remove his memory before he saw you?" She asked. Atarah nodded. Her friend caught her breath and spoke again.

"It's up to you Atarah, I'll go first but promise me you won't do anything bad to that earthling," he said.

"You can be sure," he said, and that's when Davina finally left, walking away.

When Atarah made sure she was gone she began the incantation. He plans to create an illusion where no one can see or enter the place he made for Blake.

When he finished doing it, he looked at the young man who suddenly opened his eyes. He immediately stood up from where he was sitting and looked around at the same time.

He was amazed at the beautiful surroundings, but it all disappeared when he saw the girl.

"What the f*ck?" He asked, with apprehension. The girl's demeanor changed as if she spoke the wrong language.

"I don't understand what you're saying, why are you here from earth?" She asked as she began her plan to pretend that she didn't know anything and play with the young man's head.

"Who are you? What place is this?" He asked back and looked around.

Amazing because of the strange surroundings, the trees are huge and have mauve color. 'is this a dream?'

"You were in our place, the Bulanbundok, so I wonder how you got here," she said. Blake's eyes widened as he stood up. Stunned, he looked at Atarah's face trying to understand the familiar face in front of him.

"You?" Atarah's eyes widened upon hearing this. 'no way how did he remember me?'

"Where am I?" he asked again.

"How did you remember me?" Atarah asked a different question because she wanted to know how he knew her.

"Aren't you that girl I always see at school?" because of what he said, Atarah breathed a sigh of relief because that was all he remembered.

"Wait a minute, why are you asking so many questions about me, why are you here at our place?" She asked. Blake just shrugged his shoulders as he answered this.

"I don't know, maybe I'm just dreaming?" He said but suddenly Atarah hit him in the back with a rock.

 "What the hell?!" He shouted.

"Is that the dreamer?" He asked after doing that. Blake didn't pay attention to her throwing stones at him because he focused his attention all around while looking back at him.

"How do I get out of here?" He asked, starting to get nervous at the fact that this wasn't a dream.

"I don't know and that's not my problem. What did you do and end up here without knowing?" Atarah mumbled, inside she wanted to laugh because of what she was seeing.

"The girl..." Atarah wondered again because he still remembered something.

"Which girl?" She asked, 'it looks like I'm wrong, he can't seem to remember who's that girl is.'

"That girl who gave me the ring! No, I'm just imagining but she's laughing scary that time so there's a possibility that she's the one who did this to me right? but I can't remember her face? what should I do!"

"For a moment I don't understand you....did you come here because of that girl??" Blake scratched his hair while chasing after Atarah because she also started walking.

"How come you're trapped in this place," she said suddenly as they walked.

"I can't, I have to go home, how can I go back?" He asked while looking straight ahead.

"Can you believe that the creatures here are so hard to find especially if they know that someone is looking for them?" She said. This time Atarah wanted to smile because the odds were in her favor.

"Don't you live here? Help me find that girl..." Atarah stopped suddenly and turned to face him.

"Alright, but there's a trade-off," she said with a smile.

For an inexplicable reason Blake suddenly felt a shudder at that smile but he tried to push that away while answering. "What's is it?"

"I'll tell you when we find her," Blake nodded in agreement choosing to trust Atarah because he had no other choice.

"Gosh, I really thought you wouldn't, are you sure you'll help me?" he confirmed. The second time they both stopped and Atarah turned to him.

"Gosh? what's that?, there's nothing like that here," She answered with a look of wonder on her face thinking it was something she didn't know.

Blake laughed and held his stomach.

"Hahahaha isn't there anything like that here? Maybe it's just us who used to have it, let's go again hahaha," Blake said in his stupidity. Confused, Atarah followed what he said. 'his language is very difficult to understand, Gosh? What is that?'
