Maverick was in the mall again with Bella. They were having fun and laughing together like a sweet couple.

The day started with Maverick feeling really happy.

One reason why he was feeling very happy was because he had managed to solve the case that took the life of his parents in his last life, so he was glad that his parents were not gonna die this time around?

"I feel like going out today. I don't know how long my break will last, but I intend to make the most out of it."

He quickly took his phone and skimmed through, searching for who to call.

He dialled Talia's number, but after repeated rings she did not answer the call.

"she's probably on a mission or something."

He said to himself, just then he smiled when he realised that there was another person he could call.

"Hii Bella, how are you?" he said the moment she answered his call.

"Hey Maverick. I'm fine, just bored. How are you?"

She said from the phone.

"I'm good. Let's hang out today then, if that's cool?"
