68. Asking Help from the Wrong Person

Kija received a call from Gian, telling him to meet him and Xavier. To know their exact location in the huge port, Kija climbed up onto one cargo and looked around.

He stared at the gigantic Ocean.

“Brother Gian said that from the Ocean, it is South West.”

His eyes locked in the South West direction from the Ocean.

“7:00pm,” he pointed at the reflex angle while murmuring, “300 meters.”

Like a predator, he marked the exact place where he could see his comrades.

“Got it!”

He put strength on his feet, ready to jump on each of the cargo. But when the wind blew and a fishy scent reached his nose, Kija ceased to look to his right.

The fishy scent didn’t come from the salty ocean. Kija was accustomed to the smell so he knew what it was without even seeing it with his own eyes.

‘Blood.’

Kija was sure that it was the smell of the blood.

“Brother Gian told me to go to their sides. But, I think I should check where this smell is coming from.”
