Things have suddenly taken a turn for the unexpected. This security guard was now raising his voice at them. This, in turn, alerted the other security guard.

Before Benjamin or Theresa could even say a word, there were now four other security guards, with their firearms facing down, now surrounding the car. This inevitably attracted some attention.
