Rex took Calvin to one of the food stalls in the city, he ordered three servings of food for them. Calvin sat casually and looked at the surroundings which were very far from where he came from. The room was filled with people who all carried swords and some also carried shields.

"Calvin, this time we have a mission," Rex said, starting the conversation.

"Mission? What are we doing missions for?” he asked.

"Of course to earn money, besides that to make us stronger."

"Don't you two look strong already, you just need to practice to be strong right?"

"Of course training will make us stronger, but we still need money to survive."

“It turns out that in this world you also have to work hard to survive huh? I guess I just need to live by adventuring.”

The three of them had finished making preparations to go on a mission. Calvin seemed normal with his first mission, the most important thing on his mind was eating. Their journey begins through the forest which is not far from the city. Almost all the way in the city, the eyes of people who do not like them do not disappear. This bothered Calvin, but from the start Rex had said that he just ignored things like that.

They had entered a forest that looked quite dense.

"Calvin, are you okay now being here?" he asked.

With her great sword Livy resisted the attack and deflected her attack towards the sky. Seeing someone, Livy immediately moved quickly to hunt that person. Livy's speed was very much different, with one kick her body seemed to fly forward. Livy chased after the person who suddenly attacked her, seeing that made Rex move too.

"You just wait here."

Calvin just nodded his head and Rex went to catch up with Livy.

Livy seemed focused on what she saw, several attacks kept coming towards her. However, Livy can easily fend off all incoming attacks. Rex had come from behind, he also saw the person who attacked them.

A ranged attack from Rex flew straight at the person.

A large explosion occurred as a result of the attack released by Rex, they both stopped and saw a fairly thick puff of smoke in front of their eyes. Livy immediately swung her sword to dispel the thick smoke.

In front of them lay the person who had just attacked him, he was hit directly by Rex's attack so he died instantly.

"Do you know him?" he asked.

"No, he looks foreign to me."

At Calvin's place, comes the group of people he met at the castle earlier, namely Dante and some of his troops. They saw Calvin who was standing alone then smiled evilly. Calvin looked at them with a slightly confused expression, Dante's troops seemed to be ready with swords in their hands.

"Hey! Get ready, this is the result of you having underestimated me!” Dante shouted at Calvin.

Calvin just remained silent, not responding to Dante's words.

"What's with your expression? I'm sure you're scared so you can't say anything. Cry, shout loudly, that will make me happy,” said Dante with a very loud laugh.

"Who are you?" asked Calvin with a confused face.

“Damn it! Kill him now!!” Dante ordered with an angry expression.
