Willy was at a loss for words. Is that really a name?

"Uh, my name's Willy. Your name is really long!" he said, feeling a bit awkward.

"You can just call me Kamido," the lizard man replied. "I advise you, if you have no other business, don’t wander around our forbidden zone. If you encounter other members of our tribe, they will kill you! The leaders of your Four Great Ancient Nations, along with the heads of Russia and A Country, have all signed agreements prohibiting humans from stepping into our forbidden zone!"

"So even the leaders know about the existence of the lizard people?!" Willy was astonished.

"Yes, now you can leave," Kamido said, turning to walk away.

"Wait, where do you live? Why is it that Earth is so vast and there are so many humans, yet no one knows about you?"

Willy hurried forward a few steps, but to his surprise, the two other lizard people suddenly shot toward him at an incredibly fast speed—faster

  • 568: That Brave, Huh?

Willy had no idea he’d already been broadcast on global live feeds. He continued to scan the skies for Zaar’s glowing heads, instantly eliminating any he spotted. He absolutely couldn’t allow even one of these colossal creatures to land on Will Planet—once grounded, their destructive potential would be catastrophic for human life. The air battle raged on. Many of the Zaar, realizing the human aircraft were engaging them with deadly force, began to retaliate. As they descended, their massive tendrils spread wide, slowing their fall and lashing out at passing fighter crafts. If caught, both ship and pilot were dragged directly into the gaping maws at the ends of those limbs.Every military air unit stationed across Will Planet was in the sky now, locked in combat. The fight was deadlocked, both sides suffering heavy losses. Zaar corpses began raining down from above.Several pilots, moments after being devoured, were blown apa

“Honey! What are those things?! Monsters?! They’re disgusting!” Penelope cried out, panic rising in her voice.“They’re aliens! They have to be alien creatures! Thankfully, the broadcast said we were prepared for this. And it looked like a lot of them were already taken down before even entering Will Planet’s atmosphere,” Caleb said, trying to stay calm but clearly shaken. The thought that one of those monsters could drop right on top of them was terrifying. Debris from destroyed Zaar had already begun falling across the planet. It wasn’t yet clear if there had been any casualties.Back on Earth—Howard was watching the live footage with growing anxiety. Why hadn’t the former Big Shot responded yet? That old man was still on Will Planet. If something happened to him…“Big Shot from Myth Nation, do you have any idea what caused those four massive, colored explosions in s

Instead, it slowly began to retreat, and the surrounding Zaar quickly repositioned to shield their leader.Willy could tell that negotiations had failed. War was inevitable. He looked ahead at the sea of alien creatures—easily hundreds of thousands of them, each with glowing heads and massive crimson bodies stretching several kilometers in length. His heart pounded with a mix of uncertainty, adrenaline, and a strange thrill.Since acquiring the four elemental powers, he hadn’t truly unleashed his full strength in battle. But what worried him most was the possibility that some Zaar might break through his defenses and reach Will Planet. If they landed, civilians would be in danger—and that was unacceptable.“Host, they’re about to strike! Be careful—they may try to breach Will Planet’s surface!”“I know! Time to hit first

“But I’m still worried, System. You said they’re coming in huge numbers, and I’m just one person! What if they’re really here to invade? I won’t be able to hold them off!”“Host, you need to trust your own abilities. You’re already at Level 4 in terms of elemental power. That’s stronger than Duresha ever was! She was only Level 3, and she basically roamed the universe unchecked. What are you so afraid of?”“Well, I guess… it’s just that I still don’t understand this universe. After this is over, I want a proper talk with you. I want to know everything—about the universe, humanity, Espers. Where did all of this come from?”“You never asked before, and now that danger is at your doorstep, suddenly you want answers? Honestly, Host, I can’t with you sometimes.”“System! Willy took Violet’s hand and turned to gaze at the shimmering lake, taking in a slow, deep breath. “You pick. Easier for what, exactly?”“Oh, stop being indecent! The kids are right here!
