Breaking out of a shell
"You didn't really think I was running away from you, did you?"

Damien's voice had a robotic trait to it. He was standing at the foot of the boabab tree on which the watchtower was rested.

"Even if you wanted to, you don't have a chance."

The man dismissed. By now, Damien thought that the Samurai would be exuding the bluish fog which he did earlier, but the man looked ordinary.

"You talk too fat. You must have so much faith in yourself."

Damien carried on, daring.

"What's faith? Isn't that one of the terms of the Nether ones? You want someone superior to do what you can't? All you have to do is wish desperately that it happens?! Lazy lots!"

The man cackled. Damien had no slightest idea what was funny to the man. He couldn't wrap his head around it. But it didn't seem to matter. Not at that moment.

"Enought of the talk. I need to be sure about one last thing."

Damien pushed further.
