Escape and a New Plan

Black smoke billowed over the ruins of the Crescent Sect, a silent witness to the fierce battle that had just taken place. Ren Tian, Lin Yue, and a few remaining cultivators, wounded and exhausted, gazed sadly at the destruction surrounding them. The once magnificent main hall was now just rubble, and the aura of death permeated everything.

"We... we lost everything," murmured a young cultivator, tears streaming down his cheeks. "What are we going to do now?"

Lin Yue, though her heart was broken, tried to remain strong. She knew they had no time to grieve. The Dark Sect was still after them, and they had to find safe haven.

"We need to get out of here," she said, her voice firm. "The Dark Sect will return, and we can't fight them in this condition."

"But where will we go?" asked another cultivator, his voice desperate. "We have nowhere to shelter."

Lin Yue thought for a moment. She remembered the Sky Sword Sect, a sect known for their strength and courage. They were a neutral sect, and they might be willing to help them.

"We will go to the Sky Sword Sect," she said, her eyes shining with hope. "They are a powerful sect, and they might be willing to help us fight the Dark Sect."

"Sky Sword Sect?" asked an old cultivator, his eyebrows furrowed. "They are far away, and the journey is dangerous."

"We have no other choice," replied Lin Yue, her voice firm. "We must take the risk."

The cultivators agreed to go to the Sky Sword Sect. They gathered their remaining supplies, tended to their wounds, and prepared for a long and dangerous journey.

"We must be careful," said Lin Yue, as they left the ruins of the Crescent Sect. "The Dark Sect might be watching us."

They began their journey, moving quickly and silently, avoiding main roads and hiding in forests and mountains. They knew the Dark Sect wouldn't stop until they obtained the Divine Blood.

Along the way, they faced various obstacles and dangers. They were attacked by wild beasts, they got caught in a blizzard, and they had to avoid Dark Sect patrols. However, they didn't give up. They were determined to reach the Sky Sword Sect and ask for their help.

One night, as they camped in a dense forest, Lin Yue called everyone together.

"We need to make a plan," she said, her voice serious. "We can't just walk into the Sky Sword Sect and ask for their help. We need to give them a reason to help us."

"What reason can we give them?" asked a young cultivator, confused.

"We will tell them about the threat of the Dark Sect," replied Lin Yue. "We will tell them that the Dark Sect wants to rule the world, and that we are the only ones who can stop them."

"But will they believe us?" asked another cultivator, hesitantly.

"We will make them believe," said Lin Yue, her eyes shining with determination. "We will show them the power of the Divine Blood, and we will prove to them that we are worthy of their help."

The cultivators agreed with Lin Yue's plan. They knew this was their only hope. They would do anything to convince the Sky Sword Sect to help them.

"But what if they don't believe us?" asked Wei, his voice anxious. "What if they think we are troublemakers?"

"We will make them believe," replied Lin Yue, her eyes shining with determination. "We will show them the power of the Divine Blood. We will prove to them that we are valuable allies."

An old cultivator named Lao Chen nodded in agreement. "Lin Yue is right, Wei," he said, his voice raspy. "We have no other choice. We must take this risk."

The next day, they continued their journey. They arrived at the foot of Sky Sword Mountain, where the Sky Sword Sect was located. The mountain towered above them, its peak shrouded in white clouds. Lin Yue led them up the mountain, through a narrow and dangerous path.

As they reached the top of the mountain, they were greeted by the disciples of the Sky Sword Sect. The disciples wore clean white robes and carried long swords. They seemed cold and arrogant, but they treated Lin Yue and the other cultivators politely.

"Welcome to the Sky Sword Sect," said a female disciple, her voice cold. "Who are you, and what is your purpose?"

Lin Yue stepped forward, bowing respectfully. "We are refugees from the Crescent Sect," she said, her voice calm. "We have come to ask for help."

"Help?" asked the female disciple, her eyebrows raised. "What kind of help?"

"We are being pursued by the Dark Sect," replied Lin Yue. "They are an evil sect that wants to rule the world. They are searching for the Divine Blood, an ancient power that is incredibly strong."

The female disciple was surprised. "Divine Blood?" she exclaimed. "That's a legend!"

"It's not a legend," said Lin Yue, her eyes glowing red. "I am the owner of the Divine Blood."

Lin Yue demonstrated the power of the Divine Blood, unleashing a powerful energy attack that made the Sky Sword Sect disciples recoil in fear.

"We need your help," said Lin Yue, her voice filled with determination. "We can't defeat the Dark Sect alone. We need allies."

The Sky Sword Sect disciples exchanged glances. They knew this was a serious matter. They led Lin Yue and the other cultivators to the main hall, where the sect leader resided.

The sect leader, Master Han, was a strong and wise old man. He listened to Lin Yue's story intently, his eyes serious.

"This is a very serious matter," said Master Han, his voice heavy. "The Dark Sect is a threat to everyone. We will help you."

Lin Yue and the other cultivators felt relieved. They knew they had made the right decision. They had found a powerful ally.
