Breakout

Watching the door close behind them, Rio activates his influence and sends a suggestion to the remaining chalk creature.

"You don't need to report on the happenings of this room. just ignore everything and take a break."

Upon receiving the suggestion, the creature sits down and flattens itself onto the ground.

"Good, now I just need to get us out of here."

Activating his reserves, Rio pulls everyone into the void and re-summons them outside of their cells.

Before Rio can even think, Zack scoops him up and hugs him with thankful eyes.

Rio is surprised for a moment at the sudden gratitude.

He had always assumed that his servants would simply lack all emotion.

Looking towards the other two, he notices Jeremy pouting by himself while Vector stares at the two of them while shaking his head.

"Well, that's a bit interesting.

Deciding to test his new discovery later Rio puts his mind to more important matters.

He begins thinking of a way to handle all of the creatures inside the castle.

It didn't seem like traditional weapons were very effective last time but he didn't have much to work with.

Of course, that feeling didn't last long as Rio had had an epiphany.

Since the creatures are made of chalk, it wouldn't be out of the question to assume that they couldn't be washed away with a bit of water.

Rio quickly puts his hypothesis into effect on the resting creature that was left to watch over them.

Zack liquefies his arms, and slams them into the creature.

Without any resistance, Zack's arms fly straight through it, splitting it in two.

"Perfect! Nice one Zack," Rio applauds.

With his new weapon in hand he jumps into Jeremy's arms and has Zack and Vector take the lead.

Busting down the dungeon doors, They get ready to fight their way out.

[Outside Castle Jeremy]

"Team Alpha 3 to HQ, We have located the vehicle that Vector was last seen in. It looks like he got into an accident. The car is pretty banged up and the window has been smashed."

"HQ to team Alpha 3, Do you have a visual on Vector?"

"Not yet, It looks like he continued on foot, but there's something odd. There are two sets of prints in the mud but none of them appear to be Vectors. One of the prints seems to have come from a pair of sneakers while the other seems to be a set of paw prints the size of a small dog. The SUV is the same but I'm not quite sure that Vector ever made it here."

"There is no need to think about that, We will have team 4 check the area for him. I want your team to continue following the path. Report if you spot anything out of the usual. Do you understand."

"Yes sir, I'll have my team get right on it."

[Inside Castle Jeremy]

A whip flings through a swarm of chalk creatures as they fall to the ground.

Rio's squad is making short work of the Creatures within the castle with the help of Zack.

They made their way down the seemingly endless corridors and staircases.

They felt like they had been running forever.

The Castle was definitely not this big when he came in.

Soon they reached a large set of arched doors.

Remembering that the entrance to the Castle had the same shape Rio and his servants rush towards it and slam it open.

Unfortunately, what awaited them was not freedom, but an exceptionally large creature.

Zack attacks the creature without a moment's rest but something unexpected happens.

The creature blocks the water with his own arm.

Rio can see a bit of the chalk washing away, but it was not enough to remove the creature.

Its outline was definitely much thicker than the previous ones.

After repelling Zack's attack the creature let out a blood curdling scream as his arm began healing rapidly.

"This might be a problem." Rio thinks to himself as he tries to use his influence.

He attempts to influence the creature multiple times as it and Zack trade blows.

No matter what he  tries, the creature simply ignores the suggestions and continues fighting.

He even tries activating  his dominance but even after 10 minutes of continuous fighting, the aura still looks as if it had never moved.

Rio, Jeremy and Vector watch the two fighters going at it, Knowing that they are unable to provide any assistance. The battle rages on yet the creature seems to have just as much energy as when it started as Zack's movements begin to slow.

Rio shakes his head and begins pacing around in a circle.

"Come on Rio. Think. There has to be some way to turn this around!"
