Dr. Derrick took his head into his hands, acting like he was feeling dizzy. “Did you say 10 million?”

Over the years as a doctor, Derrick had met various patient relatives. Some people sold their properties to raise the needed hospital bills and some had to take loans and ended up bankrupt but no one could give out 10 million at once.
