Jordan had once told him the consequences of using his energy to the point of exhaustion. But because he knew that to cast the Sin Breaker on Thomas would save his life, he had no other options than to ignore those repercussions.

Julien took a deep breath. “What exactly do you want from me, Megan— or whatever you call yourself?”

Julien wants to be direct; he doesn't want to beat around the bushes. He had faced Megan before and he knew what Megan could do. So having a direct reason on why he needed his body for the second time would at least give Julien an insight on what Megan was all about.
