The man was the company's CEO. They immediately bowed respectfully.

Monica immediately explained that there was a courier causing trouble at the company.

"Sorry, sir, we didn't mean to cause a commotion in the office. He insulted me and my friends," explained Varrly.

Louis stood up and straightened his clothes. He looked at the CEO. Seeing Louis, the CEO intended to bow respectfully, but Louis signaled with his eyes not to do so.

The man looked at Louis and nodded slowly. He, of course, obeyed Louis's wishes.

"What they said is not true. I never insulted them, that's just their opinion," said Louis.

Varrly and his three friends looked at Louis angrily.

"You clearly made things difficult for me earlier and insulted me excessively. That's not appropriate for a courier like you," said Varrly softly.

"Is there CCTV in this office? You can see clearly whether I insulted that woman or not," said Louis casually.

"Damn! If Mr. Albert sees the company CCTV, they will all know that I was the one who started the problem, and they will also know that Louis is my ex-husband. That can't happen," said Varrly to herself with a frightened look on her face.

"Why look at the CCTV? My friend certainly wouldn't lie," Monica said, defending Varrly.

"Instead of accusing me without evidence, you can see for yourselves from the company CCTV. If someone accuses without evidence, it could lead to slander and defamation," Louis said firmly.

"You're right. I'll ask someone to check the CCTV so everything is clear," Albert said in a firm voice.

Louis smiled slightly. This time, he would bring Varrly down because of his own actions.

When Albert was about to ask one of his subordinates to check the company CCTV, Varrly immediately stopped him.

"Wait a minute, sir. It's better not to prolong this issue," said Varrly.

"It's just a waste of your time because this issue is not that important," he continued.

"Why isn't it important? All of you just belittled me and accused me without any clear evidence. After I suggested checking the truth, why do you so easily consider this issue to be trivial?" said Louis.

"You must be fair as a leader. Look at the truth first," he continued.

"Damn it! Louis really wants to pick a fight with me," Varrly gritted his teeth.

"A lowly man like you, how dare you give orders to Mr. Albert? Even though I had intended to forgive you and consider the matter closed," said Varrly, staring at Louis with an angry expression.

Hearing Varrly's words, Albert immediately slapped Varrly hard across the cheek. Everyone was shocked.

Varrly held his cheek, looking like he was about to cry.

"Watch your mouth. Don't look down on anyone! I agree to see the truth," Albert said firmly.

"What should I do? If this continues, I will be completely humiliated," Varrly thought to himself.

"Kenzo! Quickly bring the CCTV footage here," Albert ordered firmly.

Louis wanted to laugh at the sight of Varrly's panicked face.

"You have to take responsibility for your own actions. I didn't want to retaliate earlier," Louis thought to himself.

Kenzo returned. He brought a laptop containing the CCTV footage.

"Just play it," Albert ordered.

"Wait. Once it's proven that I'm innocent, I want this woman to apologize to me," Louis said firmly.

Varrly certainly didn't accept it, but she couldn't go against Louis's wishes.

"Of course. That must be done," Albert replied.

They all watched the CCTV footage. Many stared at Varrly with disgust, because he had tried to frame someone else.

"Oh my god, so this guy is innocent. I could get in trouble, too," Monica muttered.

"You guys have family problems? And you're the one looking for trouble. You're accusing others and causing a commotion in my office," Albert said angrily.

"Apologize to Mr. Louis immediately!" he continued firmly.

Varrly's three colleagues immediately apologized to Louis, followed by Varrly.

"It seems like your apology is insincere, but it's okay," Louis said with a smile.

"Damn it. I'll get you back, Louis. You've humiliated me," Varrly growled silently.

"As far as I remember, I already fired you, Varrly. Why did you come back to the company? And you're causing a commotion," said Albert.

"I came here to ask for an explanation. Why did you fire me?" Varrly said with a trembling voice.

"There are many reasons. But what is clear is that I no longer need employees like you, and I'm firing all three of you. You acted recklessly. I don't need employees like that," Albert said firmly.

"Sir, please don't fire us. It's all Varrly's fault," Monica pleaded.

"I can't. Your behavior earlier embarrassed me, and you even dared to slap Mr. Louis," Albert fumed.

Monica immediately knelt at Louis's feet and apologized to him.

"Please forgive me, I was wrong. Help me so I won't be fired from this company," Monica said.

"You brought this on yourself. So you have to be prepared to face the consequences," Louis said.

"This can be a lesson for the three of you, so you won't be easily deceived and cause problems for yourselves," he continued.

"As the leader of this company, I sincerely apologize to you for their mistakes," Albert said, bowing respectfully to Louis.

"It's okay, everything is clear now," Louis said with a slight smile.

"How could Mr. Albert defend Louis so much? Louis is just a food delivery courier," Varrly thought to herself.

"You defend Louis so much. He's just a food delivery courier," Varrly grumbled.

"What's wrong with being a food delivery courier? I'm just defending what's right. I don't care about social status," said Albert.

"I'll make sure you regret this. Because you fired me dishonorably. You don't know how great my husband is," Varrly said arrogantly.

"I don't care. You'd better leave, because you are no longer part of this company." Albert ordered the security guard to escort Varrly and her three friends out.

"Louis! I will definitely get back at you," Varrly shouted.

Louis, of course, didn't care. He wasn't afraid of Varrly's threats.

"I'll help you if Jack dares to bother you," Louis said, patting Albert's back gently, then decided to leave. He had already wasted too much time.

He didn't really have any obligation to think about it.Louis washed his face to refresh himself. After that, he came out of the bathroom."What took you so long? Did something happen?
