Greyson was not told what kind of job his sister would give him. He had turned it down many times since his return to this country two years ago. Working in the family company was not his dream.

But then Silvia issued a threat that Greyson hated the most. She would have Ivy, his second sister, a ruthless underground organization leader to drag him to the training ground on the island. Greyson felt that he would not be able to endure all the training. After his two-year freedom deal, he had to enter the corporate prison if he didn't want to meet Ivy's terrifying face.

He doesn't want to go. But he had to go.

They said he was the only legal heir to the Hayes family. But he didn't care from the start. He had his own business. A small laundry shop was enough to support himself and his little family in the future. He can also still have fun by being a clown every weekend, which is the butt of jokes from everyone soe knows, including his adopted sisters.

Uh, Greyson was a little uncomfortable remembering those four women. It felt like he wanted to go to a place anywhere in the world where he didn't have to see them again.

Actually, he didn't hate them. Since childhood, the four of them had been his guardian angels. What's more, since the death of his parents, these were the only sisters he was close to.

As kids, they even made a silly promise to marry Greyson one day.

What the hell?!

Greyson hoped they had forgotten that promise today.

As Greyson ate breakfast the next morning in his modest apartment, he received a message from Silvia.

"I'll be a little late. You can find Daniel. He'll take care of everything. If there are any problems, you can ask him."

Daniel Evans is Silvia's assistant. He is a reliable person.

In the taxi, on the way to the company, Greyson remembered that he didn't have Daniel's cell phone number. When he asked Silvia for it through a message, Greyson saw that the message was not received. Finally, he decided to ask the receptionist at the company.

Upon arriving at the company, Greyson walked up to The reception desk. She was a woman in her early thirties. Her appearance looked good. She also greeted Greyson in a friendly.

"I'd like to see Daniel... I mean Mr. Daniel Evans." Greyson said his need.

The receptionist, Chloe, was silent for a while. Actually, Mr. Evans was as busy as the CEO himself.

"Do you have an appointment?" Chloe just noticed the appearance of the man in front of her. The white shirt, coat, and pants looked unironed. She also secretly glanced at the stained toes of his shoes.

"No," Greyson answered without thinking. He did not have an appointment.

"Sorry. Mr. Evans is a busy man. You have to make an appointment first if you want to meet." Chloe smiled slightly when she said that. But the way she looked at Greyson this time became different. There was a scornful glint in her eyes.

This man is not eligible to meet Mr. Evans.

Greyson thought for a while. This turned out to be a little difficult.

"How about you tell him that Greyson Hayes wants to meet. I'm willing to wait for him." Greyson gave his name without thinking to hide anything.

There was a flash of surprise on the receptionist lady's face when she heard the last name, Hayes. Isn't this the same surname as CEO Hayes?

Chloe repeated her assessment of Greyson's appearance, slightly worried that she had missed something. But then she found nothing that suggested the possibility that this person standing in front of her had any connection to the CEO.

Perhaps it's just a coincidence that these men share the same last name.

"Sorry, that's not possible. Mr. Evans is in a meeting." Chloe replied simply. She would not let someone like this bother the assistant.

"But... it's important-"

"Mr. Hayes. If you really know Mr. Evans, make an appointment before coming. This is a big company. The work mobility here is very high. Don't waste Mr. Evans' time on unimportant matters." The woman interjected in a high tone. In her opinion, this man was quite shameless. Still not realizing that he was being evicted.

Greyson was momentarily lost for words. He looked at his cell phone. Silvia still didn't reply to his message. It looked like his sister's cell phone was off.

He looked around and saw that several employees seemed to be watching him. Even a security guard began to openly observe him.

Greyson turned back to the receptionist. "Miss, I'm actually the younger brother of CEO Hayes. I already told you my name. You heard it yourself that my last name is the same as the CEO's surname."

There was a mocking smile on Chloe's face after Greyson said that. "Alright. You're CEO Hayes' sister. Introduce, I'm the CEO's sister-in-law." Then she made her voice lower. "I'm undercover here."

For a few seconds, Greyson was silent. Between shock and disbelief. Then when he saw her laugh with a mockery-filled tone, he realized she had been lied to. Since when did Silvia have a sister-in-law? She wasn't even married.

Greyson ignored the woman's words and returned to looking around. His gaze stopped at the CEO-only elevator doors. He had been here once before and knew exactly where Silvia's office was.

"Sir, Assistant Evans' schedule is very tight. It's useless trying to wait for him here." The receptionist spoke again when she saw Greyson's gaze fixed on the elevator. She signaled the security to approach.

The security guard had been watching since a few minutes ago. He came as soon as he was called.

"What's going on here?" The burly security guard immediately asked about the problem.

The old wooden floor creaked beneath his steps. Naomi watched his every move, trying to figure out who he was.“You don’t know him that well,” she said, trying to draw out more information. “Greyson is always calculated. He wouldn’t rush into a place like this.”“Oh, he’ll come,” the man said confidently. “I know how his mind works. He always puts himself on the line for people he believes are worth it.”He pointed toward the door. “Even now, I bet he’s searching for clues at your parents’ house.”Naomi’s ey

Their voices were deliberately lowered, making it impossible to make out their conversation. Then came the sound of a lock being undone, followed by the creak of a turning doorknob. The door pushed open from the outside. Three people stepped into the dimly lit room where Naomi was held. The room itself was shrouded in mystery. The stone walls were old, with peeling paint. A small window was covered by heavy drapes, blocking out all light. The air smelled of dampness and dust, as if the place had been abandoned for years.Naomi’s sharp gaze landed on the man standing directly before her. He wore a dark coat, and his long blonde hair cas

We can help each other."This time, the door creaked open slightly, revealing the weary and anxious face of the middle-aged woman.
