Dave had invited Mrs Anne to the event as well. As soon as she saw the invitation, she accepted it.

On the day of the event, Anne came to pick Dave up at the mansion side. She was in one of her most luxurious cars.

As soon as she pulled over, she came down to pick Dave up. Dave was already outside waiting.
