CH.71: Welcome to Veyne
Veyne stood out at the top of the mountains. The sky was clearer with thick forest surrounding the area. High-levelled bridges carved a path into the city and dark waters were channelled through lead tunnels.Lina appeared with two figures behind her. They were chained to her hands, and bound with a skill dampening effect, rendering them weak behind her.More crowds pooled in around them, also seeking entrance into the huge city. The ground had become dust. Rocks crushed into crusts, the space filled with the clash of Jax's energy and Eldric's. Jax kept pushing back, playing defense while Eldric charged with the full force of an offense."Lina, anytime now please."Eldric was bleeding on the side of his head but he didn't seem to feel the pain. Jax didn't want to hurt him any further. The journey through the Forbidden Wilds wasn't as dangerous as the first time Jax had passed through there with his friends. He directed their path more easily this time.
