Let it all out

Ken shut his eyes and hummed the moment Jane placed the plates of omelet before him. She winked and left to get the other food items for breakfast. He rested his back against the chair and was waiting for her to return to the dining table with a broad smile.

A few minutes later, Jane arrived with a food tray. She placed the plate of toasted bread next to the omelets and passed him the hot water jug. She pulled out the chair opposite him and sat.

"There you go, Mr. Trent. Breakfast is served. Help yourself." She said and passed one of the tea mugs to him.

He accepted the mug with a smile. "Thank you, Mrs. Trent!"

They busted out laughing.

Ken went for his knife. He then took a slice of the omelet. He gave repeated nods after shoving it into his mouth and turned to her. "I must say you are a wonderful cook."

She continued stirring her tea in circles. "It's omelet Ken. Anyone can make that. Why don't you have a taste of the bread I toasted?"

"Of course!"
